You Forgot me

With shaking hands i opened the hospital door to jaden's room. Cam was right behind me holding my hand.

When i opened the door i almost broke down again. Jaden was hooked up to a thousand different machines. I let go of cam's hand and ran to his side. I took his small hand in mine and squeezed it slightly. "hey buddy, you have to get well now. Mommy misses you." I whispered as more tears rolled down my cheek.

I woke up to a stiff back and aching neck in the hospital chair next to Jaden. I looked across Jaden to cam who was snoring very loudly. I looked at Jaden again and got an idea.

I got up and quietly shut the room door behind me. Then i walked down to the elevator and went up two more floors. When i got off i took a left and walked all the way to the last door. I took a breath before i opened the door and saw Sasha staring blankly at the tv. When she saw it was me she jumped outta bed and ran to me crushing me in a hug.

"lux I've missed you so much! I was starting to think you forgot about me." She said. "I've missed you too, and sorry a lots been going on." I said trying to smile but it came out like a forced one. She got on the bed and patted the spot next to her. When i climbed up next to her she wrapped her small skinny arms around me. "tell me about it." All she said before i broke and told her just about everybody.

"Gosh lux, you make having cancer sound like nothing.....or should i say had cancer." She smiled. I sat up and looked at her with wide eyes. "really?" I asked. "yup!" She smiled proudly. I hug her. "I'm so proud of you baby girl." I whispered in her ear. "so when do you get to go home?" I Asked whipping some stray tears. I saw as her smile dropped and was replaced with a frown. "my so called parents said they already had a Sasha and there was no need for another one so there putting me up for adoption." She said.

I pulled her in my lap and smoothed out the frown from her face. "there's no need for that you'll just have to live with me, i hope you don't mind." I smirked. "REALLY? Wow! Thanks luz!" She said squeezing the hell outta my neck. I just hugged her back. And soon we fell asleep in each others arms.
