You Forgot me

Final Goodbye

"Here lies the soul of young Jaden Valentines, I'm saddened that a child at such a young age has been taken from this earth, but he is now in your hands fatherly God." The pastor preached over the small casket in front of the few people in the church.

When the service was over and I said my final good byes to Jaden Cam came up to me and took my hand. "I love you Lux valentine." He whispered in my ear.

I turned and looked him dead in the eyes. "And I love you Cameron Jackson." I whispered back resting my head on his shoulders.

When me and Cam got in the car he turned and stared at me for a while. "Are you sure you want to do this today?" He asked with worry in his eyes. I took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Yeah, I'm sure." I said. And with that, Cam pulled out the parking lot and drove to our destination.

'Teenagers correctional facility' the sign said as we passed down the road to a small version of a prison.

"Name?" A guard asked me at the lobby of the building. "uumm....Lux, Lux Valentine." I said nervous. He looked through some papers for a while. "Follow me." He said walking through two steel doors. I looked over my shoulder at Cam, who decided to let me do this on my own. Then I quickly followed after the guard.

"This room, you can have a seat inside. your inmate will arrive soon." The guard said. I just nodded and walked into the small empty plain room, with only a single table, two chairs across from each other, and a one way mirror I'm sure someone was behind.

Before I could sit at the table the door opened again. I turned around to see Sasha dressed in a orange jumpsuit, handcuffs, and chains around her feet.

"You came, I knew you would come!" she smiled as the guard sat her in a chair at the table. "So Lux when do I get out of here?" She asked smiling up at me. I slowly pulled out the chair across from her and sat down.

"Why, why would you do this Sasha?" I asked with a hint of anger in my voice. And just like that Sasha's smile was gone, replace by an glare. "I did it for us, so he wouldn't ruin things." She spat out in disgust. "What are you talking about?" I asked confused. "I refuse to be replaced again Lux, not this time?!" Sasha shouted. "That little brat was gonna still all your attention, I had to do it, I had to!!!" she screamed standing up and slamming her chained hands down on the table. The guard quickly forced her back into her seat.

"I'm sorry Sasha." I whispered shaking my head in disappointment. "I'm sorry you ever entered my life, I'm sorry how evil you turned out to be, but most of all I'm sorry you have no one now." I said looking deep into her eyes.

"Guard, I'm finished here." I said standing up from the table and walking to the door. "Wait! you can't leave me like this!!" Sasha screamed. "You can't do this to me!" She continued to cry out as I walked down the hall. "You did this to yourself." I whispered.

When I saw Cam in the lobby I ran into his arms. "Hold me." I said as tears rushed out my eyes. Can wrapped his arms around me. "Hold me." I repeated. Cam tightened his hold on me as if I was going to disappear at any moment.
