CHAPTER 19
I woke up next to a warm body breathing rhythmically. I opened my eyes to see a sight that I would be very happy to wake up to every morning; Jason had his tussled hair draped over his forehead, falling down to his eyes. His gorgeous lips were making cutest little twitches as he was dreaming. I had my leg and arm draped over his body and his arm encircled my waist, I was in pure bliss until it was interrupted by my alarm. Jason shot straight up, his hold on me tightening whilst he looked in every corner of my room.
"Jason- it’s okay, it was just my alarm" I rubbed my free hand across his chest. His face softened and he looked down to me with a goofy smile. "Sorry, my wolf is on high alert at the moment. Any little noise and he wants to investigate it to make sure you're not in danger," He gave me a big hug as if to make sure that I was really there, I could tell he was still scared that I was going to disappear again. "It’s okay Jason I understand, we should probably get a move on though if we want to make it school on time," I said as I tried to move off the bed. Before my feet touched the floor, I felt a tug at my wrist.
"Sarah I would really prefer it that you didn't go to school, just until we've caught Vincent. He's still lurking around somewhere waiting to make his next move," His eyes were full of concern, but there definitely something dominant and controlling showing through in his gaze. My only hope was to bargain.
"Jason, I've been isolated for a really long time, I need to have some sort of normalcy in my life at the moment and I think school is my best chance at that. Think about this way, we're technically out now about our relationship so we can be together at school, Vincent wouldn't dare attack me while you’re there," I said with a reassuring smile.
Jason seemed to really take in everything that I said and came up with his own version of my idea. "Fine but there will be some rules; Rule 1: If I am not by your side, for whatever reason either John or Lucas will be. Rule 2: There will be no wondering out of sight. Rule 3: No complaining about any of these rules, Deal?" I rolled my eyes "Fine it’s a deal, now were going to have get our butts into gear if we don't want to be late!" I gave him a kiss on his cheek and quickly walked over to my bathroom to get ready for the day.

We had all just made it to school on time thanks to John’s crazy driving. I jumped out of the car as quickly as possible and screamed "LAND!” I would of kissed it if wasn't for all the mud from the recent rain. "Hey! My driving isn't that bad, I just get where I need to be in record time," John said nonchalantly. "Oh is that right John? well you kno--" but before I could finish my sentence my name was being screamed out across the parking lot. "SARAH!"Before I knew it, I was tackled into a hug from a short little blonde girl which could only mean one person, Andrea.
"Sarah! How have you been? Your step brothers said you were really sick and that we weren't allowed to visit, what was the matter? Are you okay now?" She shot out one question after another. "Andrea I'm really okay, just a really bad case of laryngitis. I honestly don't remember much of me being sick because I slept a lot, but really I'm okay! I'm sorry I made you worry," I quickly lied on my feet.
I could see the rest of the gang walking over and once they reached me, they as well begun to ask me all the questions that Andrea asked. Before I could answer them all, I was interrupted by Jason. "Guys I know you were all really worried about Sarah but we all should all be on our way, if we don't want to be late for class." It didn’t seem to be a kind gesture, more of an order. I was annoyed, but ignored it, for now. Before my friends could start their protest’s, Jason had his arm around my shoulders and guided me towards the school building.
Megan and Andrea's jaws both dropped from the scene that had just unfolded in front of them. Andy was just being Andy looking at nothing in particular smiling and nodding. As I turned away from my friends, I caught the devastated look on Rob’s face. He was looking at me in an almost mad way, what did I do tick him off? To top it all off, I got some weird looks off the other students when I went to my classes. People whispering my name but I didn't take much notice of it. I was preparing myself for a ton of homework but as it would turn out my werewolf of a boyfriend has connections in high places and made some sort of deal with the principal who just so happened to be a werewolf.
