I surprised myself by kissing Marcel that I forgot it would surprise the others. They were staring at us with blank expressions on their face. I couldn't tell if they were angry or just surprised. It actually scared me a little. "Wow," Louis said. I heard relief in his voice, but I wasn't one hundred percent sure. Georgia cleared her throat and broke her stare from us. Louis turned away too. They wouldn't embarrass me right now for kissing him, but I know they will bring it up later.

"Should we leave you two alone or?" Louis and Georgia snickered quietly at Lilly's comment. I turned my back to them so I could face Marcel. "I'm sorry about that. Again."

He shrugged his shoulders, "It's uh, it's fine." I gave him a small smile as I received a large one from him. "I still can't believe you're coming. Now we have to get it perfect." His comment made my smile grow across my face. At first I thought he was joking, but he sounded really sincere. The thought of him being any more perfect just doesn't.... Wait. Marcel is not perfect, I tell myself. What is wrong with me today?

"What time should I get there?"

"I'll text you everything you need to know, don't worry." I nodded my head packed away my untouched food. " I think I'm going to go talk to my teacher. Apparently, I have missing work."

"You? Missing work?" Marcel gasped loudly, bringing his hand up to his mouth.

"I know. I'm just that crazy," I replied Just as sarcastic. I grabbed my backpack and through it over my shoulder, walking out of the hall.

Marcel's POV

After Addy left, I scooted myself closer into the the people gathered at the table. I didnt know what they were talking about though, so I just sat there. I couldn't help but smile when I thought about Addy. Now I have to practice extra tonight for the band's performance. I need to start planning what I'm going to wear. Should I wear the glasses? She likes them, but I can't be in a band with them. Maybe I could perform without them and then put them on after, hopefully she won't notice. Why is this so difficult? Now I know what girls go through for a date. "Marcel! What is wrong with you? You're smiling at the ground like an idiot!" Louis' voice interrupted my planning as I looked up at him. "Wh-what?" He shook his head and stood up. "I'm going to the bathroom." He walked out of the hall quickly and into the hallway that led to the bathrooms.

"How are you Marcel?" Georgia asked me.

"Eh, good I guess." She nodded her head in response and didn't say anything else.

"You and Addy are getting pretty serious?" Lilly bit into an apple, waiting for my answer.

"Erm...I don't know really." I looked down to dodge her gaze. "Well, did you see the way she kissed you?" Yeah, I was there. "I think that you guys make a great couple. But you two are both really awkward around each other. I don't know why?" Her and Georgia giggled at the joke that I clearly missed. "Anyway, I think you should..." I just toned her voice out. It seemed like she would never stop talking. I patted my feet on the floor to the tune of the song my band was working on when I felt something. There was a plastic card under my foot. I bent down to pick it up and saw that it was Addy's student I.D. "-she would really love that. Or maybe you could-"

"I'll be right back!" I stood up abruptly, so she would stop talking to me about...whatever she was talking about. I speed walked down the hall to catch Addy before she went to her class. I went through a small hallway, that the maintenance staff used to avoid the mob of teenagers in between classes. It was quicker than walking around and no one used it since it was not for students. I reached the hallway with Addy's locker. Just as I was about to exit the narrow, tiled pathway Louis ran by me. He didn't see me but, he ran by so quickly I didn't expect him to.
