Serena’s POV
“Are you sure we can’t hire you as a chef?”
I laughed and nodded “Yes, I’m sure but if you ever want me to cook again I’ll be more than happy to”
“That would be asking too much, you’ve cooked twice for us now, in one day”
“I’m perfectly fine with it and it won’t be just me cooking, isn’t that right baby?”
Gabriel nodded “Yeah, I’ll be helping her as well”
“Only if it’s okay with you Serena but don’t worry I won’t be calling you every day”
I laughed “Okay then, that’s fine”
“So Serena, does your dad approve of you and Gabriel’s relationship yet?”
I shook my head “No and I’m not rebellious or anything but even if he doesn’t approve I’m still going to continue seeing Gabriel, whether he likes it or not”
Gabriel grabbed my hand underneath the table and I looked at him and smiled. I looked back at Hailey and Jairo to see them smiling at us both,
“You two are just so cute”
“Oh my gosh I swear I am going to be sick with all the love around here”
We all laughed “Si, like I said, your time will come, when your 21”
“Well uhhhh, there is actually a boy I like now”
He raised an eyebrow at her “Oh really?”
She nodded shyly “His name is Ryan”
“I don’t approve”
I rolled my eyes “Gabriel, get out”
He looked at me shocked “What, why?”
“This is a girl thing, you won’t understand”
“You can’t be serious”
“Am I laughing?”
“No but honestly, you really want me to leave?”
“Yes Gabriel, it won’t take long”
“Just leave your girlfriend Gabe because my husband will also be leaving”
Jairo looked at Hailey with the same expression Gabriel had,
“Why?”
“You really wanna ask that question?”
“Okay, fine I’m going”
He leaned down to kiss Hailey and I looked back at Gabriel,
“So? Are you gonna leave?”
“Maybe”
“Okay, how about if you don’t leave, I don’t kiss you, for the rest of the week”
He got up from his chair and gave me a kiss before walking out of the room and I just laughed,
“Too easy” I looked at Sierra “Soooo, who is Ryan?”
She blushed and looked down “He’s this boy in my class”
“Details Sierra, we need details”
