"A prank?" She asked timidly, but a grin spread onto her face. I nodded
"yeah, why not kid?" I grinned, she hesitated but nodded in agreement.
"Okay." I picked up the lamp, and she gave me a confused look, I chuckled
"don't worry bud, i got it." I winked, and her cheeks turned a faint pink as she nodded, I grabbed her shoulder holding onto the lamp and teleported to the next place. I looked down to her, and chuckled nervously, her face had gone pale and she staggered around with loose footing. I quickly set the lamp down and helped her, since it was the first time she had teleported. A weak smile was still on my face. "hey crystal, just sit behind the lamppost l again as okay?" she yawned and nodded. My smile returned and I laid her back against the lamp, then pat her head once before teleporting ahead to Papyrus.
Pap had stopped and looked at me "SANS! DID YOU FIND THE HUMAN??" I shrugged
"nota."
"NYEH!!! I HOPE WE FIND THEM SOON! YOU SAID THERE WAS A HUMAN FALLING DOWN HERE!!"
"There is one," his eyes widened and he looked at me confused "that over there." I said pointing to it. His face was taken aback, and my grin became somewhat real, as he looked down to it. But he shook his head angrily
"THERE IS NO WAY!" He screeched turning back around, I then sighed walking back to the lamp and looking over the girl. She was asleep now, I looked at her and sighed sitting down beside her. I hadn't closed my eyes yet, but gradually my eyelids began to fall
"Do you... member..." my eyes lifted back up and I glanced over to her. She looked drained as she slept, but she was mumbling in her sleep. "sans...?" she whispered, I looked her her suspiciously but instead stood up and grabbed her and the lamp teleporting once again, this time in front of our house. Groaning I set the lamp down and teleported Crystal to my room, laying her on the bed, before casually walking out.
"hey paps, i'm home." I said coming down the stairs, he came out of the kitchen with a pan of uncooked spaghetti and welcomed me. I turned to Toriel who was cleaning up our house but practically dancing with the vacuum cleaner "hey tori" she turned and smiled to me,
"Hi Sans." she said softly. I chuckled and popped my head in the kitchen
"hey pap." He was focused on stirring his spaghetti, but gave a hmm meaning he was listening. "you should go answer the door." I stated. He looked at me and gave a skeptical look,
"Sans. I swear if there are mugs on our lawn and you say it's muggy out again. I am not going to be as nice." He stated calmly, I just chuckled, remembering when that happened
"nah, it's not that." I winked. He sighed and set the spaghetti down
"Please don't let this be a pun or joke!" He said passing me, Toriel was now looking up at us confused. I just snickered heading towards the stairs. Climbing them quickly, I hung my hands over the railing resting my elbows on it. Papyrus swung open the door and looked around, finally looking down to the lamp. You could almost see the anger beginning to boil in him, almost hot enough to burn his famous spaghetti. He slammed the door shut, and I burst into laughter
"SAAAANSS!!!" He shrieked, and I coughed trying to cover my laugher. He only looked up to me, his cheeks now orange in anger "WHY DO YOU DO THESE THINGS?!?" I shrugged
"i dunno bro, guess i'm not bright enough to know when to stop." Papyrus took a deep breath and stalked to the kitchen, not saying anymore. I snickered
"What did you do?" Toriel asked quietly. I smirked and teleported next to her, surprisingly her
"did i knock your socks off?" Pointing to her uncovered feet, she smiled giving a small giggle "but if you want to know. there was this lamp by my post...." I got quietly and Toriel leaned a little closer "so i told pap that the lamp was the human" she cracked a smile
"Did he believe you?"
"OF COURSE NOT!!!" He cried from the kitchen, "I KNOW WHAT IS AND ISN'T A LAMP!!! AND THAT! IS A LAMP!!!" Tori giggled and I smiled a little wider. Then I said I was going to my room, so I teleported there to see the girl passed out still. I didn't say anything as I just went to the computer, and got on the undernet, just waiting for her to wake up.
