In this One Shot, they aren't dating... Yet.
Gajeel glared down at his metal pipe that he was chewing at. 'Calm Down Gajeel, she isn't yours, she's not dating you, she can flirt with anyone she wants...' He thought, trying to stop himself from doing something embarrassing or stupid in front of you, but it didn't help that you were talking to another boy.
Y/N was hugging another man... And it wasn't him. It was clear that he was really close to you.
He set down his metal pipe and decided to go outside to calm down.
What really happened was he slammed down his metal pipe and stomped out the guild hall.
Y/N looked up from her brothers and her conversation.
What's up with him?
Y/N decided to check up on Gajeel because of your ' little ' crush.
Y/N found Gajeel sitting under a tree, ripping up the grass.
"What did the grass ever do to you?" Y/N joked, causing Gajeel to jump in surprise.
"What are you doing here?" Gajeel asked, quickly shoving the shredded grass of to the side.
"The question, is what are you doing here?"
"I... Uh... I needed fresh air?" Gajeel asked/replied.
"Ok then... "
A silence built a wall between them.
"Screw it.." You hear Gajeel muttered.
"Y/N, who's that dude you've been hugging in the guild hall?" Gajeel asked.
"I-I mean it's perfectly fine if you hugged him I just want to know..." Gajeel looked frustrated.
"Gajeel... You look mad.." Y/N stated, worrying about her crush.
"F*CK IT!" Gajeel yelled, throwing some grass in to the dirt.
Gajeel's large hand grabbed hers. He looked up at Y/N directly in the eye and said "listen Y/N, I always wanted to say this but I've been to nervous or something keeps getting in the way... But.. I'm not good with words..."
His lips crashed in to yours.
It took you a minute to register what's going on.
When you guys pulled away, you touched you lips, still shocked on what's going on.
"I-I- what just happened..." Y/N murmured.
"Look. Your mine now." Gajeel stated bluntly.
Y/N busted out laughing. "Jeez Gajeel, you couldn't make it more romantic or something?"
"Nope."
Y/N pecked his lips.
"I like you too Gajeel."
"This means you can't hug that dude in the hall." Gajeel added.
Y/N looked confused for a second, then realized that he was talking about her brother.
Y/N laughed.
"What I can't hug my brother?"
"W-what?!"
