Gajeel stood at the grave, placing f/c lilies on the ground.
He trudged back to the guild hall, ordering more beer.
"I know things are hard," Mira said, "But there's no way to change it."
"Just give me my beer." Gajeel said.
Mira sighed and handed him the beer.
The door suddenly flew open, Natsu stood there with wide eyes.
Lucy and Erza ran behind him, panting.
"We saw Y/N!"
Gajeel froze.
"You're lying!" Levy said, "We saw her die! It's not possible!"
"H-He's speaking the t-truth." Lucy panted.
"It's true," Erza spoke up, "I saw her with my very own eyes."
Gajeel ran up to them, frantically shook their shoulders.
"Where?!" He demanded.
"Grey and Happy are bringing her!"
Gajeel looked out the guild hall and ran to Grey and Happy.
They were holding her in a cot, she was ice cold, wrapped with Grey's coat.
Gajeel shoved Grey's coat off of her and scooped her up and brought her to the infirmary.
Wendy was immediately called over.
Gajeel stood outside, anxiously.
Pacing back and forth, dark thoughts swarm his mind.
What felt like an eternity, Wendy came out, looking worried.
"How is she?" Gajeel demanded.
"She... Has amnesia." Wendy told him.
"She w-won't remember me?" Gajeel asked, shocked.
"Y-yes."
"Can we see her?" Erza asked.
Wendy nodded.
They rushed in, scaring Y/N.
Y/N was covered in bandages, eyes wide, staring at them.
"H-Hi." She stutters out.
"H-Hi-"
"Y/N are you ok?" Natsu asked, shoving his face in front of hers
"U-Uh..." She said, scooting back.
Erza looked at Gajeel, pitying him, she dragged everyone else out of the room.
They looked at each other awkwardly.
"S-So... My name is Y/N... Is that right?" She asked, awkwardly.
"Y-Yeah... My name is Gajeel." He said.
