I found Nyx

[Masky P.O.V.]

I could hear many of the others as well as Ash, who had her head placed on my lap. I could also hear her whine and I placed my hand on her head to pet her. Once I did, she became silent, letting out a noise that sounded like a purr. I smiled inside my mask and closed my eyes. It didn't last long.

Masky, I could hear someone say. Masky?

I keep my eyes closed but still answer. "Yes?"

I need to speak with you. Could you come here?

"Yes, sir." I slowly open my eyes and take off my jacket. Then, I carefully lift Ash's head and place the jacket under her. She gives no discomfort, and continues to sleep deeply.

I walk out of the room and into the hallway. Not everyone could fit into one wing, so we used two. Thankfully, both were only a couple hallways away. I walk closer to one of the rooms and Slenderman comes out. "Sir?"

I sense someone coming. Coming quite fast.

"A human?" I ask. It was quite unusual for him to say something like this.

No, no. Something much faster. It seems someone is targeting me. I've tried to teleport but I feel it wherever I go.

"What do you mean 'targeting' you?"

There is someone locked onto me. I fear for everyone. He pauses with some seconds of silence. Masky, I want you to take care of everyone. I want you to find Night. Can you do this for me?

I stand there, shocked. "Sir? I don't understand."

Masky, I need you to go somewhere else. I don't know who or what is locked onto me. It could affect everyone else. Do you understand?

"Will you be back?"

I don't know. I don't know-

He stopped. "Don't know what?"

Before he could answer, a glowing light formed around him. My eyes grew wide inside my mask but they squinted as well. "Sir?" I call out. Then I heard a piercing scream. I be can to panic. Who was that? "Sir?" I yell out, begging for an answer.

The light faded and I quickly open eyes, not caring for the stinging in them. I found Slenderman sprawled on the ground with a person on top of him.

"Sir?" I ask one more time. Suddenly, there were footsteps coming from some of the other rooms. Sally and Jeff poke their heads out, followed by Ash running up to me. "Masky!" She screamed. She rushed to my sode. "I was scared! You left me! You said you wouldn't!" I set my hand upon her head.

"I'm sorry, Ash. I was called by-" I don't finish my sentence. "Sir?" I ask worriedly.

We're fine, he answers. We? Who's we? I look to the figure before hearing a yelp from Jeff and a laugh from Sally.

"It's that bitch!" Jeff spits out.

"Scaredy cat." Sally retorts, laughing. Before Jeff could reson the figure sits up from Slenderman's chest and says something between breaths.

"I found Nyx."
