[Slenderman POV]

I'm growing fearful. The longer we walk down the hallway, the more bodies I see. But worse than that is the blood. It seems we've been following a blood trail. Everytime we see a body, the more blood there is. There are blotches of blood near the bodies then a small line of dots and smears along the hallway where there are no bodies. I think that it might be Night's blood. It could be the only choice. Those are enemy corpses.

We've been walking for maybe 10 minutes and still no forks in the way. All we've seen are the dead bodies and blood, topped with a few paintings. Jack has noticed that the bodies are growing warmer the father we walk. We must be catching up. I hope she's alright. Maeve seems worried beyond belief. She hand minutes ago and began squeezing it when we reached a body.

My thoughts were interrupted by a scream. A piercing, blood curdling scream. It takes me a moment to register who it is before blurs pass me by. The hand I held onto was let go, followed by a thump. Maeve was on the ground, a sobbing mess. I then look over to see what she was scared by and my heart immediately stops.

[Maeve POV]

We've been walking a while now and all we've seen are dead bodies and blood. There were a few paintings, but they were the least bit flattering. Recently though, I've been feeling a bit odd. Something is wrong.

I grabbed onto my love's hand to try and feel secure but not much helped. Everytime I felt bad, or there was a body we came across, I squeezed it. It helped knowing that someone was next to me, but that didn't last long. The feeling of clarity left as soon as it came.

I looked up from the red-carpet floor to see if there might be any doors coming up, but I knew there wouldn't be. I keep getting my hopes up, but nothing ever happens. We haven't seen any doors since we left the large room. Instead of doors, I saw a body.

Again, it was a guard. I began to grow weary of this place. I saw nothing but death and pain.

We walked, and walked, and walked. I let out a silent sigh, but moved forward. Soon, we came up to another body. I dare look at it again, another torn guard. Instead was one impaled by what looked like a spear. Then I looked at the face. In that moment, my mind went white and I heard myself scream.

I dropped to my knees, letting go of my love's hand in the process. I couldn't see or hear anything else. Only her face - her pale painted face. She was gone. When I finally thought we could be a family again. Not again, never again.

[Eyeless Jack POV]

I ran past Maeve and Slenderman with Jeff. She looked dead, blood still dripping off of her and sliding down the spear, which was mostly dried over. The weird thing was, she was suspended in the middle of the spear. The head in the air and the end on the ground. Wouldn't she slide to the floor? When I reached her, I noticed something.

"Don't touch her!" I exclaim to Jeff, who is about ready to lift her up.

"Why?"

"She's still alive, see." I point to her chest, which moved ever so slightly. "She's sleeping."
