All makes sense

Trina POV

"Kim?" I yell throwing everything in her bag on the floor looking for the pills. She hasn't had an anxiety attack in two years,she first started getting them when Iyanna was diagnose with cancer but when she got better everything thing calmed down.

She grabbed onto the desk for balance. I looked threw the everything on the floor 'damn why she got so much shit in this damn bag.' Kim? randy and I screamed as she came crashing down to the ground, hitting her head hard. blood was now rushing out from the impact.

Rushing to grab a towel I place it behind her head to stop the bleeding.

Randy called the paramedics.

5 minutes later

"What happened?" they said rushing into the room.

"S-she had an anxiety attack?" I said rushed to get everything in her bag.

"Ok." The husky guy said.

Rolling her in the ambulance I went to sit with my best friend.

Paramedic POV

In the ambulance.

"She is going into shock! her pulse and heart rate is dropping!"

"Kimberly I need you to stay with us sweetie. your going to be ok. Just stay with us and every thing is going to be ok." I said trying to keep her weak body awake enough to get her to the hospital.

"Heart rate still dropping. Rapidly."

Trina POV

Sitting in the waiting room filling out her information sheet.I took out her drivers license and a picture fell out,I picked it up to put it back then I noticed it was placed at a lake and a teenaged Kim was looking up at her boyfriend with so much love in her eyes. taking a good look at the guy in the picture he looked just like Kim did so much love and passion in his eyes. Examining it closer tears started forming in my eyes. looking up I see Randy coming in with a look of confusion.

Looking back at the picture it all clicked.He was her boyfriend back then, which means that he he was the one who broke her heart. Which means he didn't go to Tennessee for business he went to see her and took advantage of her again I can't believe this shit he is a monster. ugh if she would have shown me what he looked like I would have never started dating this prick. He is the reason my Bestfriend had the attack. He is the reason why she left Tennessee pregnant. He is the reason why she always has her guard up.

'now it all makes sense to why she was asking me all the questions in the office.'
