After getting his room assignment he followed the crowd to the hall where the rooms were numbered. He looked for his room and went inside. To his surprise Phear was inside in just his training pants and boots. He had to remind himself to act normal. He had to remind himself to be normal. Phear hadn't spoken much to him but the next month's would tell what was really happening. He didn't bother unpacking. He just changed into his training gear and followed Phear around the halls to the cafeteria, where they were supposed to need their instructors.
" How do you know your way around so well?" Hunter asked as he took a seat next to Phear.
"My dad is associated with the brothers. My aunt is married to the one with the scar." His gruff reply came quickly.
Hunter wanted to reply but the brothers entered and commanded all attention. They all wore black leather and looked powerful.
"Welcome to the new training center. Today is the first day here. Tonight we will show you the area where you will learn hand to hand combat." one said, "For the first few weeks hand to hand is all we will cover. Then you will move to weapons and which one and the like. After that we will learn combined fighting skills. All the while you will be split into classes. While one is training the other is learning about our enemy and the war. This is not a game. This will become your job. It will become your life. Let's not forget why you are here."During the tour Phear was aware of everything to do with Hunter. They had been split into their classes. Both he and Hunter had been placed in the same class. To his horror he felt a stirring in his body at thoughts about that man. He didn't know what it was but he planned on calling his father to find out. Once they got back to their rooms with their schedule for the following day, He grabbed his phone and dialed his father.
" Phear my son, don't tell me you want to leave already." His father's voice filled his ear.
"Not entirely. I have a question." He said softly.
"Ask."
"When you met mom, did your body ignore the pain of the band and feel every emotion? Be aware of her every move? Be drawn to her?"
"Not entirely on the emotions. But the awareness and the drawn to her part yes. What's this about? Have you met someone?"
"I don't know. It's weird."
"Does it make you feel on edge? Does it feel like your loosing control?"
"Yeah."
"Then you've possibly found your mate. I'm sure whoever it is will be lucky."
"Thanks dad."
He hung up the phone and sighed. He heard the sounds of Hunter unpacking. He knew he needed to unpack, but he just didn't want to be hypersensitive. He sighed and stood. Unpacking would give him enough distraction. But when he turned toward the closets he saw Hunter with just his gray shorts. His muscular back was bare and called to Phear.
Mine.
He hadn't been prepared for that. His father had mentioned it to him while on the phone but there it was. Proof that Hunter was his. He didn't know why but his body began moving and before he knew what was happening he had turned Hunter around and was kissing him. Lust rushed through his body making him lightheaded. He didn't like the feeling but couldn't stop kissing Hunter. When he did pull away he closed his eyes and turned and left the room.**********
