Thoughts from a writing machine
I write because I find it fun
My stories aren't for everyone
But now and then a gem appears
And readers, good enough to send their cheers
I write non-stop, without a plan
Guide my characters the best I can
And when sense no longer can prevail
I quit that story for another tale
There is no wish for public fame
No yearning for a famous name
Far better writers play that game
Just that for me, it's not the same
Comments are my daily bread
The good, the bad, just get it said
The fun is knowing the effect it had
Was it good or was it bad
And following the demographic
From across the world, it's so cathartic
That in the end my goal's achieved
A small following... who'd have believed
