Said I love you
'till you don't know you're born
Said I love you
till the far side of dawn
But in the morning
If you must leave
Don't leave with your apologies

And if you come back
If I liked you at all
Remember I liked you to
fall on your knees

Liar, liar, you're my last desire
Thought your kind of love
was just a thorn on a rose
Tried hard to be faithful
Not hard enough I suppose

Tried hard to drown with a hum and a drum
In a pretty drug slum mire tried bearing your sighs
And your sneers and your frown
Tried wearing your jewels and your heels and your crown
But it was nothing but a twist of barbwire
It was nothing but a twist of barbwire
It was nothing but a twist of barbwire

See I promise I'll be constantly clean
Did you think that
I still say what I mean ?
Now you're keening and you have to decide
Will you open your legs or your eyes ?

Oh do you pray now
'Cause I pray all the time
As the soul can't escape
what the heart may disguise

Liar, liar, you're my last desire
Thought your kind of love
was just a thorn on a rose
Tried hard to be faithful
Not hard enough I suppose

Tried hard to drown with a hum and a drum
In a pretty drug slum mire tried bearing your sighs
And your sneers and your frown
Tried wearing your jewels and your heels and your crown
But it was nothing but a twist of barbwire
It was nothing but a twist of barbwire
It was nothing but a twist of barbwire

"That'll be great for your next single." Luke commented, writing something down on his pad. "Sorry about the other boys, we went to a record party last night and well, they did not hold back."

I waved my hand and closed my song book. "No worries."

"Next time you're in LA, we'll have you record that song and send it on it's way. You wouldn't happen to know a producer or something to help mix your album would you?" He asked.

I sighed. "I have no one." My stress level is reaching an all time high and I am slowly unraveling.

"It's okay, don't stress, we'll find someone." He chuckled, noticing the panic in my voice. "Maybe you should just rest for this week yeah?"

I shook my head, "There is no way I'll be able to do that, I have night class with Cassandra everyday night. I'm working on new songs for you guys, and trying to keep my voice as sharp as my dancing. Not to mention everyone in my apartment is on a different sleep schedule. My cousin is studying for her practice mid-terms and I'm her study partner. Her boyfriend and my best-friend is studying at Julliard and working at some singing restaurant, so hes all over the place." I took a deep breath.

Luke raised his pixel-ed eyebrows, "Sounds like you live a boring life."

"Haha. I feel like I'm dying."

"So quit NYADA and move out here."

"You know, I'm slowly starting to think that would be a great idea." I laughed, "Ryder would be happier."

Luke sat back in his desk chair, "You can't blame the guy, he married you and you ran away."

"I did not run away!" I snapped, "We both just got amazing opportunities."

Luke rolled his eyes. "If I could smack you I would! You have an amazing opportunity right here in LA, where your HUSBAND is."

"I just got to meet my mom Luke, the women who birthed me! I want to get to know her!" I yelled, getting frustrated not only with him but myself.
