The One Where the Story Finally Ends.

After 5 years, on the anniversary of Finn Hudson's death, Sue Sylvester the Vice President of the United States of America called me and My husband Ryder Lynn into our old high school auditorium.

Ryder went on ahead into the auditorium, but I stayed behind. My old locker was looking a little worse for wear. I couldn't help but think about the first day I met Marley in the Bathroom and auditioned for Glee Club. The Club that literally changed my life.

I would never have gotten to know Ryder or Jake or Rachel. I would've never met Finn and then I would've missed out on his amazing stories or his happiness and his beautiful children and the love he and Rachel shared.

The music room, the gym, the classrooms, everything was coming back to me.

Then the only thing that came to mind was the happiness I had created over the past years. Working on a movie called The Duff, headlining another tour, working on Broadway.

And my children.

Our 7 year old Freddie, shes into football like her daddy and is already in a girls junior league. Then our twins, Rosie and Hudson, they both just turned 4. I love them all to death.

I could hear the music already, the celebration of everything we'd accomplished. The celebration of Finn's life, and our own happiness.

[Will:]
Hope when you take that jump
You don't feel the fall

[Will with Sam:]
Hope when the water rises
You built a wall

[Artie:]
Hope when the crowd screams out
They're screaming your name

[Artie with Sam:]
Hope if everybody runs
You choose to stay

[Rachel (with Mercedes):]
I hope that you fall in love
(And it hurts so bad)

[Mercedes:]
Yeah

[Rachel:]
Oh

[Rachel (with Mercedes):]
The (only way you can know)
You give it (all you had)

[Mercedes:]
Hey, yeah

[Blaine:]
And I hope that you don't suffer
But take the pain

[Blaine with Kurt:]
Hope when the moment comes
You'll say

[Blaine with Rachel, and the Cast of Glee:]
I, I did it all
I, I did it all

[Roderick with Rachel and the Cast of Glee (Roderick):]
(I) owned every second that this world could give
(I saw) so many places, the things that I did
(Yeah, with) every broken bone
I swear I lived

[Sam:]
Hope that you spend your days
But they all add up

[Mercedes and Sam:]
Ooh
And when that sun goes down
Hope you raise your cup
Ooh

[Kurt and Blaine:]
I wish that I could witness
All your joy and all your pain

But until my moment comes
I'll say

[Blaine with Rachel, and the Cast of Glee:]
I, I did it all
I, I did it all

[Roderick with Rachel and the Cast of Glee (Roderick):]
(I) owned every second that this world could give
(I saw) so many places, the things that I did
(Yeah, with) every broken bone
I swear I lived

[The Cast of Glee:]
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-o-oh-o-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh

I walked backstage and noticed Ryder and Joe. I quickly kissed Ryder and took both his hand and Joe's. Together we climbed the steps and joined the party.

[Scarlet:]
Hey

[Scarlet with the Cast of Glee:]
With every broken bone

[Scarlet:]
I lived

[Blaine with the Cast of Glee:]
I, I did it all ([Artie:] I did it all, yeah)

[Blaine with Rachel and the Cast of Glee:]
I, I did it all ([Artie:] I did it all, yeah)

[Roderick with Rachel and the Cast of Glee (Roderick):]
(I) owned every second that this world could give ([Artie:] This world could give)
(I saw) so many places, the things that I did

[Rachel and Roderick with the Cast of Glee (Rachel and Roderick):]
(Yeah), with every broken bone, I swear I lived

[The Cast of Glee (Roderick):]
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh ([Blaine:] Oh, yeah)
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-o-oh-o-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh-oh ([Blaine and Kurt:] I swear I lived)
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh (Mmhh)

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh (Mmhh)
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh (Mmhh)
Oh-oh, oh-oh-oh-oh (Mmhh)

I took my place beside Ryder and Rachel. The music was slowly and everybody had smiles and tears of joy on their faces.

The music finally came to an end, and as the lights went out and our heads bowed down, I realized this was only the beginning.
