"Julian! Get you ass out of bed!"I yelled as I pressed a button on the coffee maker to start a cup for me. I wasn't feeling too bad this morning but I had a slight hangover. We had to be at the field in 30 minutes and I really don't want to be late.
"I don't want to,"I heard Julian reply and I rolled my eyes. He's so lazy in the morning. I walked to where Julian's room is and opened the door slowly. Julian's curtains were closed and he had a pillow positioned over his face.
I quietly creeped into the room and then jumped on him. He sat up immediately not knowing what the hell jumped on his body.
I couldn't help myself and started laughing hysterically,"What the hell Abs?" His eyes were twinkling and I could tell he wasn't really that mad.
"You wouldn't get up,"I replied simply as I got off of his bed. Julian sighed and then stood up. With Julian being 5'10 and me being 5'6 he easily was taller than me but not by that much.
"Is breakfast ready, shorty?" He teased. Julian loved giving me crap about my height and he also loves to think that I am his personal cook.
"Maybe, maybe not. You will have to get ready and see,"as soon as I told him this I left the room hoping that he would actually get dressed.
As I entered the kitchen I went to one of the cabinets to get the blender out. After a lot of trial and error I finally am able to make smoothies the way that Julian likes them. He doesn't like coffee that much and It's easier than him going to a smoothie shop every day before practice.
I threw in fruits, with some protein powder, milk and finally ice. As I pressed the button the on blender to start it I went to the pantry and grabbed protein bars for us. We would probably go out to breakfast after the boys practice but he needed some fuel for the work he was about to put in."You're the best babe,"Julian said as soon as he came into the kitchen and saw a smoothie ready for him. He called me babe a lot and I did the same out of habit.
"I know, now we have to get going if we are actually going to make it on time,"he nodded and grabbed his smoothie. I walked out the door grabbing my bag and keys as Julian locked up.
I hopped in my car and put on my sunglasses as I waited for Julian to emerge from the building. I was in a pair of black under armor shorts with a patriots tank top as we would be working outside today. As the boys prep for their first preseason game in 2 weeks it's pretty important that I am there. We can't have any of them getting hurt so close to the season and being the men they are if they do get hurt they try and play it off.
"Alright, let's get this show on the road,"Julian said as he jumped in the passenger seat. I started the car and went to back up before Julian talked again,"Wait I want a picture for Insta." I rolled my eyes. That man was obsessed with Instagram.
"Of course you do,"but I smiled anyways as I held up my smoothie like he was doing. He snapped the picture and then started typing a caption.
I put the car in reverse and we were on our way to the stadium. My phone buzzed from the cup holder,"Jules will you see who that is?" I asked as we got closer to the stadium. I would never text and drive and I still hadn't got around to hooking my texts up to the Bluetooth in my car.
"It's Danny asking where we are,"he told me as he unlocked my phone to reply. Julian knew my password to my phone and I knew his. We trust each other a lot.
