AN: Sorry this is late! I have been at cheer camps the past two weeks with very little time to write. And I apologize because the person I selected for commenter of the week last chapter's name did not get put in.
So for the chapter titled Confrontation the commenter of the week was @Livey_Lovey because she made me laugh with her comment and she appreciated my cliffhanger.
The commenter of the week for the last chapter is @chisisis because would any of us really be able to resist Julian??

Day of Thanksgiving Game
"Mom I'm fine," I said as I turned on the mixer to beat the potatoes. We were having a very early Thanksgiving dinner due to the boys having a Thanksgiving game tonight. Everyone was required to meet at the field by 4:30pm for the game tonight at 8.
Uncle bill and our nutritionist told the players to eat a light dinner and then binge eat later, but I doubt many of them will listen.
The butterflied in my stomach were in overdrive. The game tonight was not only a high pressure Thanksgiving game, but we are playing against the Panthers. The media has been having a field day because it will be the first time that Julian and Luke have to play on the same field since news broke about the breakup and then Luke and my date.
Needless to say I have no idea how tonight's game is going to go.
My parents flew in to watch the game and have Thanksgiving with me. Well their original plan when they booked the tickets a while back was to have dinner with me and Julian, but obviously the plan didn't work out.
"Honey, you're obviously not fine. You're boyfriend broke up with you in front of all of America, then tried to win you back and you rejected him when you still are clearly in love with him,"My mom said as she checked the turkey with a meat thermometer.
"Mom I'm okay. It sucks to have to see him every day but I have moved on. I don't like Julian anymore"I lied to my mom. She knew I still loved Julian and I know I still love Julian but I hope that she will drop it.
"Whatever you say. Luke seems like a great man, but he's not the man for you." I stopped the mixer and tasted the mashed potatoes. I told my mom about Julian and I and what happened. I figured I owed it to her for keeping the start of our relationship a secret. As for me and Luke she thinks that we are casually dating because I was not going to tell her that I was just with Luke for sex.
My mom invited Luke over for dinner, or she wanted to anyways but I told her that was not a good idea because Luke is from the opposing team and should not be seen at my house before the game. Unless I want to be investigated by the NFL of course for cheating.
"Let's just get through dinner mom so we can head to the game,"I said as I started getting dishes out.
"Rob, Dad time for dinner,"I yelled into the living room where the boys were watching the Cowboys game. I am still living with Rob. Julian and I have decided that I will move back into the apartment sometime over the next couple of weeks. We wanted to do Thanksgiving separately with our parents to ease them into the idea of Julian and I just being friends. My mother does not seem to have much hope for us staying just friends.
The boys lumbered in loading up their plates and then heading back into the living room.
In our family our Thanksgiving meal was eaten in front of a football game. We tried to eat a dinner table like a normal family but someone was always caught checking the score on their phone under the table or 'forgetting' something in the kitchen so they can glance a the score on the way by.
