7. The Official Story

A/N: Okay guys, I want to go further into the story line with Stephen's sister, but I'm not totally sure what her name is so I am going to go with Jamie. If you guys know, let me know and I will change it, but to avoid any confusion that is what she will be referred to in this story. Thanks once again for all the support. Vote & Comment!

Emily's POV

We pulled up to set to find a whole lot of press here.

"What's going on?" I asked Stephen, worried. No one knew about us yet and now we were pulling up to set together and I was showing, this day couldn't get any worse.

He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know, but let's find out."

He dialed Marc and put him on speaker. "Hey Steve, you on set?"

"Yeah, me and Em both are, what the hell's going on?" He asked worried.

Marc took a deep breath before answering. "Someone leaked the story of you and Em. We didn't think it was that big of a deal, thought we could manage it, but there's pictures of you coming out of her apartment with Mavi and another one got released of just this morning..."

"What was it?" I asked beginning to panic.

"Cassandra leaving with Maverick." He answered.

I groaned and put my hands over my face. "I told you this was going to happen!" I said to Stephen.

"Do we have clear passage to my trailer?" He then asked Marc.

"No. I can get you into my office without any disruption, everyone wants the first official picture of you and Emily, I'm really sorry guys, there was no way we could've gotten ahead of this. Anyway we'll talk more when you get in here. I'll have Derek escort you in." He said before hanging up.

I could suddenly feel the tears that were threatening to spill out. This isn't what I wanted, or at least it's not how I wanted it to happen.

Stephen took my hand and smiled. "Hey. We're going to be fine, don't over react, this will all work out."

I wiped my tears and took a breath, wanting to believe him so badly, but the only thing that came to mind, was who did this? There were only people that we truly trusted that knew the truth and yet here we were.

We discreetly walked into the production offices and Marc was waiting for us at the end of the hall with Wendy and Greg.

Wendy instantly pulled me into a hug and smiled sadly. "I'm sorry you are going through this right now."

I sighed and pointed at my stomach. "And I'm sorry about this."

They all looked at me and laughed. "Hey, that's the least of our problems right now, but I was talking to Marc and we decided that the best thing to do is release an official statement, your representatives should be shortly. They will let you choose who releases the story, but it has to be put out there before it gets out of hand. We've denied any interviews until you're both ready." Wendy explained as we walked in to the office and sat down.

I sat with Stephen on the couch and he took my hand.

"So what is the official story?" Greg asked.

Stephen's POV

I realized that I would have to be the one to answer that question. Emily was upset and with her pregnancy it was making things a million times worse in her head than they actually were. I didn't know how the information was released, but a part of me was happy that it was finally out there and I didn't have to hide anything anymore.
