15. We've had our share of fights and our sleepless nights...

Emily's POV

I sat down on the couch, Jensen standing in front of me, while Danneel sat at my side. Mavi was asleep on the bed.

"Em, what happened?" Danneel asked.

"I'm sorry for coming here, I just didn't know where else to go. I was going to call Gen, but I know they have all of the kids..." I immediately felt bad for ruining their night, my problems weren't theirs.

"Hey it's fine. What are friends for?" Danneel spoke softly, as if her tone would literally break me.

Jensen was putting on his shoes.

"Jay, where are you going?" Danneel asked.

"To get Jared and go kick Stephen's ass." He whispered to not wake Mav, but his tone was no less menacing.

Danneel went after Jensen and even though they were trying to be quiet, I could hear every word.

"You don't know what happened. You and Jared do not need to rush over there like cavemen, you could just make things worse." Danneel tried her best to make him listen to reason.

"If you showed up at Jared's or Stephen's a complete wreck with JJ in your arms I would expect the same thing from them." He countered, she gave in and I heard the door close quietly before she was at my side again.

"Do you want to talk about it?" She asked.

I shook my head. "I just want to sleep."

She nodded and made up the bed for me and Mavi to share.

"Are you sure? What about you and Jay?" I asked.

She smiled. "We'll be fine. I know you need your rest and that's what's best for those babies."

I lied down and wrapped my arms protectively around my stomach and tried to get some sleep.

Jensen's POV

I got to Jared's room and called his phone, realizing that if I knocked it could wake all the kids and JJ was a difficult one when she wakes up abruptly, I decided to take precaution.

"What?" He answered groggily.

"Come to the door." I said and hung up.

He opened the door a few seconds later and Gen was at his side.

"What did D kick you out?" He asked.

I shook my head.

"Emily showed up right now crying with Mavi asleep in her arms. I left her with Danneel. We need to go to Robbie's. Who knows what the hell Stephen's dumbass did." I explained.

Jared and I headed out to Rob's place as soon as he talked Genevieve into it.

We pulled up and Italia was sitting outside with Stephen's sister.

"Hey what's going on?" I asked Italia.

"Andrea, right?" Jared said.

She nodded and I looked back to Italia.

"I don't know. Robbie has been in there talking to him for a while. I called Andrea because I honestly didn't know what to do. He's a mess. Wait... How did you guys know?" She questioned.

I bit my lip not sure if Emily wanted anyone to know where she was.

"I dropped her off at a hotel. I didn't know she was going to you guys." She said.

I nodded. "She just needs a little time. She's with D. She'll be fine."

I pointed to the front door and Italia gestured for us to go inside.
