"Wh-where are we?" Annabeth opened her eyes, her book laid gone from her lap.
Ever since the war, Annabeth and Percy barely left each other.
"Under a tree," Percy told her casually.
"I didn't mean to wake you though," he added after time.
"Hey," Annabeth looked around, "wanna go up on the treehouse?"
"We can't, remember, they banned us or something after making too much noise."
"Live a little, Seaweed Brain," Annabeth smiled as she leaned forward to kiss him.
"It's always alright to be a kid for a little while," she added hoping he would go.
"Okay," Percy agreed, "but if Jason catches us and says 'Percy and Annabeth sitting on a tree...' I'm getting a free pizza meal from you."
"Sure you are, and we should've gotten used to it by now."
