Chapter 27 – Tension Rising Part II

Seiryu, Yue and Lucian made their way towards the grand sector as they climbed the set of stairs that had been in front of them. It was not really a long climb as they had reached the main hallway that was bound to lead to the grand sector. The surrounding area was like a warzone for there were students, tuteurs and other combatants fighting of the various crystal fiends that had been attacking the academy. The three of them as well hacked and slashed (blasted in Yue’s case) gray crystal fiends that had come across them.

Two grey voids had appeared in front of them and this had brought the three students rushing towards the grand sector to a halt.

“I knew it was too easy.” Lucian said as he held on his rapier.

What came out of the grey voids were two more Sentis members. The first one had long slick black hair that had reached up to his shoulders and he held on his nightstick which was his weapon. The other had his gray hair neatly cut and primped and his brown eyes gave a look of a stoic facial expression. His weapon was a huge crystal hammer in which he held with one hand over his shoulders. Both of them were wearing the same grey cloak as the others. They were Dekstros and Vollerei respectively.

 “Unfinished business indeed” Dekstros said as he pointed his nightstick towards Seiryu.

“I have no time for this.” Seiryu then said.

“Then hand over the girl.” The black haired Sentis member said to him coldly.

“Come and get her then.” The long haired threatened as darkness raged around him.

“Weaklings.” Vollerei said as he faced towards Lucian.

“You’d best be careful about what you say sir.” Lucian said with a smile on his face. Darkness raged around him as well.

Another gray portal had appeared behind them and this time it was a woman with pink hair had appeared. Her hair was braided and her eyes had a yellow color in them.

“I guess you could say we have you surrounded right now.” The woman said as she let out her weapon. She held on a Calla Lilly flower as it emanated grey spirit energy.

“Nice of you to drop in Begierde.” Dekstros said to her coldly.

“It seems like a fair match after all, three on three.” Begierde replied as the flower in her hands now began to produce dancing petals around her. Each petal was coated with grey spirit energy.

“Get out of the way…” Seiryu then said as he channeled his darkness strongly towards his weapon. His eyes shone a red color.

“Damn he mad.” The pink haired Sentis member said as the petals began to swirl around her.

In a flash then, yellow lighting came from nowhere as it began to sent out bolts towards the Sentis members that surrounded the three students. Shortly afterwards, Fran had appeared from the lightning bolts that she had conjured and landed in the middle of the stare down.

“Need any help?” Fran said cockily to the three students around them.

“Nice of you to join us Miss Fran.” Lucian said to her with a smile.

Another burst of energy had came surging towards them but this time instead of lightning it was the earth around them that began to rise and fall down like a mini quake around them. One emerged from the surge of spirit energy as he was holding a huge broadsword and he had a familiar bandana on his head as he wore the school uniform in a gruff manner. His blonde hair spiked up and backwards due to him wearing a bandana.
