The Teenagers, Alyssa, and I are currently preparing to sing "Wrote A Song About You." During the break in filming, Jimmy randomly decided that all of the Teenagers should have lead vocals on "Wrote A Song About You." The filming of the scene has begun, and the scene is taking place at a supper club. One of the lead characters mentions how she is in love with someone, yet she is unsure whether the man she likes has feelings for her. That describes how I feel about Alyssa. I like her... But does she like me? Then, Andrew exclaims "Here to perform "Wrote A Song About You," here are the Teenagers and the lovable Alyssa Houlton!"
"(All sing chorus)
Baby, baby, baby
I wrote a song about you last night
It had the strangest melody
I wrote a song about you last night
And it went a little something like
La la la, you broke my heart in two
I don't know what to do
You've got me so confused now
Baby, baby, baby
I wrote a song about you last night
(Joe)
Sitting in this empty room
Telling myself I'm over you
I'd rather be alone than lonely
Wonder if you're thinking of me
Well, do ya?
(Alyssa)
Time has passed for someone new
Look at what you've put me through
I'd rather be alone than lonely
Wonder if you're thinking of me
Well, do ya?
(Sherman sings the chorus)
(Herman)
I was lost in the melody
Found in the memories
(Billy)
Just say you love me, I'll believe it
You don't even have to mean it
It's all I want
(Billy and Jimmy)
Every time I look around
I sit and wonder
Where did you disappear?
(Jimmy)
My thoughts are no longer a capella
But it doesn't seem to matter
'Cause I feel you here
I feel you here
(Billy sings the chorus)
(All sing the chorus)
(Spoken part at end by Billy)
Baby, my heart beats fast for you
And I hope you know this is true
Baby, I wrote this song about you..."
"Alright, that's a wrap, everyone! All the thanks for the good singing goes to the Teenagers- and Alyssa, too," the director says. Andrew, who's smiling, says "Holy crap! That was so freakin' amazing, and I love it." "Damn right, it was amazing," Jimmy responds. Then, Andrew says "There'll be a sock hop next Saturday. Hope to see all of you there. 'Til then, my friends!" "See you later, Andrew," Alyssa says, smiling. Hmm... Andrew seems cool. He's quite the interesting man.
