⭐Chapter 2⭐

Lucy's POV

I reopened the illuminated portal and sighed before returning back to Tenrou island... Where it all began. "Thank you... Dragons" I mumbled to myself. There I was, back in Fiore as if nothing had happened at all. My old life returned. The ship was still there; even after all this time?!? I climbed aboard the ship and sailed back again to the busy docks. I left the ship once again and walked through the town. Even after 2 years, this town didn't change in the slightest bit! Which is amusing... (or creepy)

I still had on the black cape, even though, I did use an invisibility spell. You know... Just in case. The memories came back from when I was forgotten by the guild after using an expired bath gel, I shivered by just thinking about it!

Speaking of memories... I AM GOING TO BE ONE IF I DON'T PAY UP FOR 2 WHOLE YEARS OF RENT!!! somebody kill me...

After walking what seemed like miles, I ended up outside of the guild once again and it felt weird... Probably because I haven't been here in 2 WHOLE years Lucy!!! *face palm* Anyway, I opened up the door and everybody stared in my direction. "long time no see guys" I said as I pulled down my hood to reveal myself to everyone. Then I counted in my head, 3...2...1 "LUCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" the whole guild screamed, "I'm so glad to be back! I missed you all so much!"

That very afternoon, Lucy told her friends all about her journey and how she met the dragons. "that is so cool!" everyone cheered. Then, I realised... where's Natsu??? I ran outside and headed over to my apartment, maybe he was there! My theory was right and he was there, sleeping with Happy. He mumbled something like: "I can't wait to see Lucy" or something along those lines. Suddenly, he woke up from his slumber and shouted

"Tawagoto! we fell asleep! Lucy will be there already and she will think we died or something!"

"I'm here, don't worry" I assured him

"L-Luce! Is it really you?!" he said in disbelief

"Who else would it be?" I laughed at him

All of the air then escaped from my lungs after I was squished by Natsu, literally, as a result from one of his bear hugs... more like death hugs! Then I felt my shoulder getting wet...he's crying.

"No need to cry, you big baby"

"I'm sorry, I just missed you so much! don't do that ever again, please!"

"I won't, don't you worry! Anyways, everyone at the guild is waiting for us..."

"Right. Let's go Happy!"

"Aye, sir!" Happy shouted

When we were all walking to the guild, me and Natsu made a bet that when we get back to the guild, I would beat him in a fight. I'm the obvious winner, but, I guess we will see...
