I shouted and before me appeared a golden scythe that was shinier than my future (ahem... Moving on...) I lunged at the blonde boy and left several cuts on his body, causing him to collapse. My victory I guess..
Sting was already damaged this much, what a weakling... For my final attack I didn't even waste my magical energy, I simply used my signature 'Lucy kick' and he was down!
"Never mess with a Fairy Tail guild member" I whispered
"Fairy Tail is victorious with a splendid start to the game!" Maco smiled, encouraging the crowd
Everybody was jaw dropped and all I could see was a crowd of full of o's apart from Natsu who was smiling at me with his famous toothy grin.

Natsu's POV
Lucy was amazing today, as always and I have to admit she looked pretty badass and sexy...wait?! what am I even thinking?!? STOP! Anyway, back to the hotel I go, with my friends that is. Now that I think about it... where is Lucy?
"Guys, I'm just gonna go find Lucy" I stated, already starting my search
They just simply nodded and smiled before leaving to go and relax back at the hotel.
Lucy's POV
I wasn't planning on going anywhere after the grand magic games, apart from the hotel, so I carried on walking once I reached the street in which the hotel was at. After stalking aimlessly around, my eyes caught a glimpse of a beach through the tall trees in front of it, so, I decided to pay a visit to the sandy plains.
The sun was already beginning to set as I carried my shoes in hand and quietly strolled bare footed along the wet sand, the tide slowly approaching and then disappearing again. I stared out into the sea and sat down whilst drawing the fairy tail emblem into the sand. It was a peaceful afternoon, I found myself smiling when the waves touched my feet... Then I felt something warm on my shoulder and I looked up to find Natsu stood there, his hand on my shoulder...
"N-Natsu, what are you doing here?" I stuttered
"Just going on a little adventure around town, what about you?" He said
"Likewise..."
The salamander sat next to me and we both watched the sun go down together, (it was like one of those scenes from a cringy romantic movie that you waste practically all of your money on to see at the cinema)
"That battle was pretty cool" Natsu said ot of the blue
"Oh, th-thanks"
Awkward silence filled the air before Natsu broke it by saying something that I thought I would never hear...
"Lucy, I have been meaning to tell you this for a long time but now, I think it's the right time... Luce...I think I-I l-love you"
"I think I love you too"
Our hands then joined together and they intertwined perfectly... his hand was soft and warm
"Why don't we head back?" I suggested
Then Natsu pulled me back and sat me onto his lap. I blushed.
"Just one more minute... You look kawaii when you blush..." He said softly
That only made me blush even more!
