Natsu's POV

For the first time in my entire life I was actually in a library, actually reading books and ACTUALLY not understanding a word that was in them. Why? Well, I needed to find out what the Hell the thing on Lucy's arm really meant...

"Hey Natsu! I found a picture book!!" Happy exclaimed and passed me a dusty old book. I rubbed the dust off and saw the title: E.N.D.

Yeah, this looks about right.

I opened the book and began to flick through the pages. Then, I saw an extremely detailed page, full of words and images.

'Every demon in the book of E.N.D is a force to never be reckoned with, the demons are ruthless killers with no mercy. However, even about Acnologia's powers lies the true demon... E.N.D is a demon itself. The demon is summoned using a special sanction circle which can be made simply by drawing the image depicted on the next page (page 934). Only specially trained mages can access the powers of the demon but in doing so, they will have to pay at a harsh price. However, if the circle is disrupted with another strong mage's blood nearby on a different or the same casting circle, the powers- '

I jumped up from my chair in a sudden movement after seeing the satanic looking circle, accidentally giving myself a paper cut on the edge. The rest was unreadable as someone must have smudged the paper

Lucy's POV

Images flickered through my mind like a slideshow, the book was shown; The book of E.N.D. I felt guilty for not telling anyone but it was the only way to fight Zeref. To use his own creation against him.

I forced my body to wake up but my body was paralysed. It was unable to move at all!

Then, a voice lingered around my ears. "My dearest Lucy, long time no see it seems" his devilish remark wasn't enough to fool me. My eyes cracked open, the man was stood over me with his evil grin. "Let me ask you this" he began again, "who are your parents?".

"Layla and-" were the only words that I managed to say before he intervened ever so rudely.

"Jude? Don't be silly, you really thought that those worthless mortals were your parents?"

"W-what do you mean...?"

The man laughed grimly to himself and then walked into a dark distance. I jolted up and tried to come towards him but my arms restrained me. I looked down to see a chain dug into my wrists.

Of course, my first plan of action was to use my magic against the chains binding me to the wall but that only resulted in a reaction along that metal that burned marks onto my skin.

It was useless.

I was helpless.

"Somebody... Anybody! Help me!" I pleaded.

Natsu's POV

The next and final round began tomorrow but with Lucy absolutely nowhere to be found that deemed rather problematic to say the least.

An obnoxious tapping disturbed my disturbing thoughts.

I walked to the balcony of the hotel room and saw nothing. Until, a black dove flew in front of me and landed on the balcony side, a faded pitch black letter in its mouth.

Without any hesitation I took the letter and the crow-lookalike took off once again to God knows where.

I opened the letter from the alluring red stamp on the back and began to read it:

Dear Natsu,

I will have you know that your beloved Lucy is currently in my care. I believe when I tell her who her parents truly are, she will have quite the fright. That brings me onto the next topic; Your dearest lover is to your surprise actually your sister. Scary, right? I guess love at first sight can't be true if it happens between brother and sister. What a pity for you. I mean, having the best villain and the Fairy Tail founder as parents isn't so bad. A dragon as a Father is rather unrealistic, wouldn't you agree? That may be the only thing we can agree on... Nevertheless, I enjoy seeing your acquaintance when your sister is to get saved by the hands of you. She seems to be enjoying her cell, all chained up with no escape. I bet she's already tried her magic! What a stupid little child, you, however are much on the contrary being my favourite child. You have exceeded my expectations to say the least.

Kind regards, your loving Father
Zeref.

"NO! This can't be happening!!!".

(A/N My last chapter was actually cut short due to my work not being saved but here is the newest instalment to my book. Hope you enjoy and if I don't happen to see you again...

Good Morning,
Good Afternoon,
And...
Good Night!)
