Walking down the hallway, you cursed to yourself. Your alarm didn't wake you up, so now you were late to school. When you approached the classroom door, grabbing onto the handle, you could hear the sound of people whispering along with the occasional Shhh.
Raising an eyebrow you opened the door only to find everyone starring at you. I mean..they always stare when someone walks in but this time, the stares were enough to burn holes in your body.
And what really surprised you was that you're crush, Kelly, was approaching you, holding a bouquet of white and red roses. He hadn't known which was your favorite so he just mixed it all up.
Your heart melted as the smile that you've grown to love appeared on his face. Your eyes glanced to the side to find a gigantic bear sitting in your desk.
It had on a T-shirt that read, "I Can't Bear To Go To Prom Without You.".
Everyone smirked and giggled as you covered your mouth with your hand. You starred back at the teacher, even he gave you a thumbs up as he sat in his desk anticipating for Devin to ask the question and for you to answer.
"So..(Y/n)," he trailed.
"Will you go to prom with me?" he asked, biting his lip afterwards.
"Yes." you cheesed, giving him a hug. The whole class erupted into cheers and laughter.
He handed you the flowers, pulling you in for a hug. You sighed as you inhaled his amazing cologne.
As he pulled away, he gave you a small, yet meaningful kiss on the lips.
You covered your face hiding your blush, you could hear him chuckling and the class Awing.
Today was the perfect day to be Tardy.
