Bio: Tanoon was born in the Nothern Water Tribe. Her mother died giving birth & her father was in a coma. She was raised by her grandma who loved her conditionally. When she went outside as a child, she would play with Tarrlok because his mother was friends with her mother. Also, Tanoon had a big crush on Noatak because he was very friendly & protective of his family & friends.

One day, Tanoon was stalking Noatak and witnessed him & Tarrlok bloodbending. "Noatak hurted those poor animals. Him & his brother, Nana. Tarrlok didn't wanted to hurt them, but his father forced him to. But, Noatak....he had no mercy on them." Tanoon was told by her grandma that they were use bloodblending & it was forbidden. "It would best to stay away from them. Those boys are now driven by rage. They are no longer your friends but killers."

At 18, Tanoon & her grandma moved to the Republic City because her father died & wanted to live better. They started to earn money by owning a boutique. Also, Tanoon learned how to master waterbending from her grandma because she needed to know how to defend herself.
