Together forever: A Nalby story

(if you don't know what Nalby is its Newt and Alby)
Newt had a secret. He had a crush on the leader of the glade, Alby. Newt was afraid that if he confessed his love for Alby and he didn't feel the same way, he would lose one of his bestfriends. For a long time, Newt kept his feelings a secret from everyone. He would go outta his way to try and avoid Alby. One day, newt was fed up. Fed up with his feelings, fed up with Gally teasing him, and fed up with their lack of discovery. So one day, when he and the other runners went out, he had a plan. He laughed, he smiled, he joked. He ran over to his section, and over to where no one would find him. He grabbed a piece of vine, and started to climb. No one will miss me Newt thought as he climbed higher, I'm nothing but a burden to everybody, especially Alby. Newt stopped climbing, and looked over the maze. Goodbye, I won't miss you. Newt leaned over, and fell. While he was falling, he felt free. He looked at the approaching ground, and braced for impact. He slammed into the ground, and felt a rush of pain go through his leg. He let out a yell. Can't even get killing myself right newt thought. He knew the doors would be closing soon. It wasn't the ideal way to go, but it would have to-,
"NEWT!!" Alby voiced echoed though the corridors. Please go away Newt thought as the footsteps got closer,"oh my god, Newt!!" Alby yelled. He raced over to newt. Newt felt himself start to drift away. He felt alby lift him up, and start to walk away. Newt layed his head back and was out.

When Newt woke up next he was in the medjacks arena. He closed his eyes, and he felt himself him start to fall asleep.
"Newt? Are you awake??" He heard Alby say. He opened his eyes and saw Alby sitting next to him. Alby looked exhausted. He had bags under his eyes, "Newt," Alby said quietly, "Why did you do that??" Newt felt himself get mad. "Because Alby," He started," I hate it here!! Gally's always making my life a bloody hellhole!! And the person I have feelings for won't like me back in a million years!!" He yelled. He slapped his hand over his mouth. Alby looked at Newt, then kissed him. Newt was surprised, but he kissed him back. It was a perfect moment(except for the medjacks watching them). It was a better time in the glade after Newt and Alby got together. Newt was never happier

But Alas, all good things must come to and end. About a year and a half later, Alby was eaten by Grievers and Newt was killed by a fellow gladers after catching a brain-eating disease. But of the story of their love remained in the hearts of the people that knew them
