Newt's POV:

I plucked a stupid ass tomato off of the stupid ass plant that was growing out of the stupid ass ground.

Yeah, you could see how my day had been going.

Lets back up: This morning, I had woken up with the notion that today would be perfect. And I was right to think that. The sun was shining, there wasn't any cloud in the sky, and it had rained the night before, so the world was still a little dam. It was amazing.

And the best part; Both Minho and I had the day off, so we could spend some much needed time off together.

Until someone just had to get stung by a griever.

The nerve of some people.

Anywho, so Minho had to run, so that left me with really nothing to do. And of course I got roped into helping in the gardens.

Stupid ass people.

So there I was, plucking stupid veggies from the stupid ground.

Fuck my life.

I wiped the sweat off of my forehead and looked around.

The runners should be getting back soon. I thought. Sure enough, the runners ran through the doors, exhausted and covered in sweat.

Boy I don't miss that.

I saw Minho turn and look over at me. I waved, but he didn't wave back, he just turned and ran off to the map room.

I was kinda sad that he didn't wave. Also that he didn't come and say hi to me.

Oh well. I'll just catch him after he's done showering.

I waited over where I always am, under a little tent off to one of the sides. I looked around, and still couldn't find him. Then a boy with dark hair walked past the door and over to the sleeping area.

I followed the door over to the area. It was Minho. His hair was still damp, and his shirt was a little wet, but it was him. I walked up behind, making a little noise with my shoe so he knows that I'm here. Last time I did that and he didn't hear me, well let's just say I was in the medjacks place for a a week.

Yeah.

I rapped my arms around his waist. His back straightened up a little bit, and he paused making his bed for a moment, then resumed.

"Hey." I said, looking up at him.

"Hi." He said. He sounds really distracted.

"Is everything okay?" I asked. He blinked a couple of times. He looked around, and looked at me.

"Can we go somewhere more private?" He asked. I nodded my head.

I removed my arms from him. Minho took my and we walked into the woods.
