...............Fast forward 2 weeks.............

The police still hadn't found out who the attacker was and we were still living in fear but we were setting down and things were getting back to normal again except the fact that someone had been sending me notes. They were written on black paper with a white pen  and they were all really creepy and threatening. The person who wrote them seemed to know everything about me and for some reason they wanted me hurt or dead.

I got ready for school and woke the boys. When we were all ready Luke picked us all up and we set off to school. I arrived and went straight to maths to avoid the crowds when the bell went. I kept my head down so that no one would speak to me, I wasn't feeling up to speaking to anyone today.

The day seemed to drag on and I was looking forward to the bell at the end of the day. Michael had to stay back at school for extra English because he struggled in a lot of lessons so teachers often asked him to do interventions and things. Darren was at football again and I didn't know where Luke was so I walked home on my own with my earphones in. I had a half an hour walk ahead of me so I selected my favourite playlist and set off walking.

I was glad when I got home, I kicked my shoes off and flopped onto the sofa, feeling a relief as the weight was taken off my aching legs. I fell asleep and wasn't woken until later when I heard the door opening.

I looked up at the clock to see that it was nowhere near the time when Darren or Michael would be home so I began to get worried. I tiptoed to the other end of the room and grabbed one of Darren's baseball bats as a weapon and edged closer to the door. I looked and saw the same boy who attacked Michael walking up the stairs as if it was his house. I was so scared I didn't know what to do. This guy was dangerous and I knew I couldn't make a noise to call anyone because he might hear me so I stayed silent.

I followed him upstairs and saw that he was going into my bedroom. I peeped my head through the gap in the door to see what he was doing. He was looking at a picture of me and Luke which I had in a frame on my desk. He opened the frame and took out the picture. He then replaced it with a note.

I didn't understand why he was doing this. I had never seen him before in my life and he's terrorising me and my family. I thought quickly and took a photo of him to show the police.

I was about to go hide in Michael's room for safety when his face snapped up and he looked at me. I was so shocked and scared I didn't know what to do. I grabbed my phone and rang Michael while the guy was coming towards me so that he would come home.

I tightened my grip on the bat and the boy charged at me. He looked possessed and it terrified me. He pulled a gun out of his pocket and my heart missed a beat. I knew I had no chance. I was going to die. He grabbed hold of me and swung me around so that he had his hands around my neck, making it almost impossible for me to breathe.

"Hello Lilly, I've waited a long time to meet you properly," he says with a devilish tone to his voice. He sounded insane.
"This is gonna be so much fun. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!" He adds as he fiercely lets go of me. I scream as loudly as I could and turn and begin to run.

Then I feel him kick me in my back and I hear the cracks as my bones shatter. I try to scream in pain but the noise I make doesn't sound anything like a scream. It took my breath away with the force. I remembered that Michael was still on the phone so I caught my breath and yelled for him to help me.

"Oh no you don't," the boy said and kicked me again. I hear more cracks and I can no longer move. My legs have gone numb and everywhere hurts. I'm stuck on the ground and he takes advantage, beating me as if I was a punch bag.

"Look how much fun were having!" The boy says.

I cry in pain and hope that if I'm going to die he will get it over with soon. I don't want to die like this. I hear Michael desperately yelling down the phone but it's all blurred. I finally hear the gunshots before I loose all the energy I have left in me and my eyes begin to close.
