Water/Time Paradox

Let's say Guy A has time stopping abilities and their friend is standing next to them drinking some water from a bottle. Guy A decides to stop time while his friend is drinking the water. Now, does the water stop flowing when time stops, or does the water keep flowing? Just because time is turned off doesn't mean gravity is turned off, so you'd think the water would keep flowing. But water takes time to flow (even though it's not that thick) so maybe it would stop flowing when the time would stop going-- maybe. It's just a cool thing to think about and it's sort of paradoxical and I don't really know the exact answer and I don't really know if there IS an exact answer.
