Airi pov:

What a weird place. This was most definitely what you would call a historical place. With all the statues, ruined houses, and candles lighting the way. Although, the fact that the candles were burning in an underground place like this was sort of eerie. I doubt anyone stayed here so how come the candles were burning? There wasn't even a single candle that was melted or unlit. I didn't like this place at all.

I had gotten separated from the group a little while ago due to an earthquake. Well, we had been roughed up a little before that too, almost being squashed by rolling boulders. It was thanks to Natsu's brilliant idea of breaking the face of one of the coffins.

I gave a sigh as I continued to walk to the place where I could sense their maryoku. Man, they were so reckless! How on earth am I going to survive in a place like this?! The crazier it got here, the more I wanted to go back home to people who actually strategized before acting!

I mean, all of this felt like a joke. When we had invaded Hueco Mundo, we faced off against dangers even more that what was happening here. But we were always guarded and tried to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our opponents before attacking. We strategized.....and that was one thing people here, or at least this group seemed to lack incredibly.

Pushing that aside, I guess Natsu was pretty good when he got serious. Just before we got crushed by the boulders, he had picked me up and avoided the attack. Since Romeo had a similar ability as Natsu's, he was able to fend for himself. Happy had carried Michelle and Lucy though he kept complaining that Lucy was too heavy for him.

I couldn't use my Shunpo or reishii so I had let Natsu take care of keeping me safe. In the end though, the bridge we were running on while avoiding the boulders crumbled and we all fell even deeper into the ground. Seriously, if there was so much of hollow space under the surface, how was it holding up the sand and people on the desert?? I suppose it was somewhat like the Menos Forest in Hueco Mundo. Perhaps some kind of intricately linked tree branches held up the surface.

Thanks to falling into such depths, we had ended up the underground candle lit civilization. According to Lucy, this is where the Grave Keepers used to live. It sure had the dark atmosphere to prove that. We had run into the interference soon after. Dan and another kid called Coco had turned up to look for the clock part as well.

During our fighting, Dan was obviously trying to avoid attacking Lucy because of the effects of his love at first sight. But Natsu kept attacking recklessly so we had to keep dodging the reverse attacks from Dan's shield. Natsu got turned into a midget again and then Happy got turned into a giant and all the debris falling all over the place nearly squashing us....again.

I let out a deep breath in displeasure as I remembered just how stressful it was being here. I covered my upper face with my hand almost sure that I was blue from the unhappiness. If I didn't have to hide who I really was, it probably wouldn't be as stressful. Besides, I could have taken care of all these situations with no problem.

I stopped walking for a moment as I sensed a maryoku behind me. It was Dan. He was following me since a good ten minutes but I had ignored him as I tried to act natural. Of course, if I were an S class mage, I should have been able to sense their maryoku and react to it. But I couldn't do that.

His following was starting to get a little annoying so I finally decided to do something about it. Still pretending, I looked around the place I was walking through.
