Avrin glanced over towards the other dragons, who were all dumbfounded as they looked at Avrin. He could see the fear and confusion in all their faces. Avrin felt incredibly strange. Had this been four years ago, he would be unsure what to do and look quite nervous, but right now he was like a cat that had dozens of mice trapped in an empty room with no way out.

No matter where on Seleria they went, with his Divine Sense it would be incredibly easy for him to find them, so when he watched as one of them began to flee and others following suit, from the large Tiamat that had been the origin of the Sigil weapons to the small yet agile Fafnir that sped away like a bolt of lightning.

Avrin then glanced at Myra who was looking at him with her mouth agape. She was not sure what was more surprising, the fact that Avrin was now this powerful or that Orochi, this large, monster of a dragon, that was the most powerful being under the gods, had shrunk down into the size of a thumbnail. Myra wasn't sure what to say.

Avrin walked towards her. This made Myra nervous, though she watched as Avrin moved passed her, towards the vines. Avrin glanced strangely at the two ripe fruits that were over Azrael's and Matriarch Skrawl's vines. He then looked over towards Syrana and Giron. Avrin had a conflicted look.

"It's been quite a long time...." Avrin's voice sounded out softly as he looked at Myra. He glanced back. Her tears were long dried and she now had the same cautious, mature look on her face. "You called me evil and caution needed to be taken around me, and now look at our position. If I wanted to, there isn't a single person other than the gods who could stop me, but I'm sure they would have stepped in when Orochi was rampaging, meaning that they don't seem to care much." Avrin spoke in a tone as if he wanted to know what Myra was thinking. He was listening carefully.

Myra's face paled and she bit her lower lip for a moment. "In....indeed you could.... Would it matter if I apologize now?" Avrin watched the small Sylph fairy and she held his gaze with fear in her eyes. Avrin could see this and it made him feel disappointed. "You and Syrana had many chances to kill me, and she almost did at one point."

Myra quivered, feeling that Avrin had held onto a grudge long enough to attack not only Lang but Syrana and Ayame, who had been with him. He indeed seemed treacherous. "Yes..." She could only helplessly speak, "Since that day....she has been gone for years in search of you..."

Hearing this, Avrin, who was thinking while glancing at the Sigil wielders, suddenly blinked. "Revenge, probably." He curiously spoke with assurance in his answer. Myra shook her head slowly as she weakly stood up. Her body was quite fragile at this point, due to having been used for years as a source of energy. "She just wanted to know why you betrayed her..."

Hearing this, Avrin felt himself shudder. It was at that point that he realised something that began to weigh heavily on him. His dark heart had tampered with his emotions for the good of his own improvement to help him achieve power using only the most useful emotions that would help him strengthen, and when it tried to interfere when he was with God, he willed it to be silent.

Because he now had more control over it and his own emotions, he began to remember that night with Syrana and Ayame. He knew she felt regret. He also knew that she would dispose of the Skymetal if it posed a threat to her people. She was only doing what may have been needed to survive, and after apologizing the night before, he had indeed betrayed them and almost killed them, showing his greed for power.
