The creature vanished into a transparent blur before appearing behind Avrin, its scythe already swinging diagonally towards him. Avrin could only quiver in fright as he quickly bent his body backwards, using the agility and reflexes he had trained for several years.

As he did, the scythe cleaved across the air in the former position he was in, narrowly missing him by several centimeters. Avrin was so close, he could feel the energy radiating from the blade.
The scythe sent out a massive shockwave that gave a banshee like screech before it went off to decimate some unlucky mountain.

Avrin gazed upward at the creature that was recovering from the powerful slash, and took advantage of the situation. He quickly placed his hands onto the ground, using the flexibility of his body, and kicked upwards towards the creatures chin, managing to catch it with a powerful blow.

The dopplegangers jaw cracked as it made a deep grunt like sound before its body shot up into the air a dozen meters, clearly stunned. Avrin didn't want to ruin this advantage as he clenched his fists. Using a quick augmentation, he managed to augment his arm in two seconds, and the creature was clearly recovering.

With a powerful slash, he used the strength in his hands to send 10 dark matter like claw waves towards the creature, each spanning two meters in length and 5 inches in diameter. Avrin knew this attack was something new that he hadn't tried, and most likely would only buy him a few more seconds.

But it was enough for him to reform a claymore with a more condensed dark matter material for durability, wanting something that would be sturdy and not necessarily sharp to at least protect himself with.

As the creature blocked and deflected several of those claw waves, Avrin, gripping the hilt of the claymore with both augmented hands, slashed it upwards with all his might. "Hah!!!!!!!!!" He yelled out, the powerful blade turning into a near purple electric blur before shattering at the strength he put into the slash.

The claymore managed to send a large shockwave towards the creature, that at this point was only a meter and a half from Avrin, intending to clash head on.

But it was met with a surprising look before the shockwave collided with the scythe's frame and pushed the creature upwards. The scythe's frame easily managed to split the energy wave in half, but the force from the shock was already transferred into the dopplegangers body.

Bones had shattered and it spat out what appeared to be tar like blood. Avrin of course, wanted to atleast keep the creature on its feet. He wanted to be the one on the offensive, and had already began to emit a nebula mist, as the creature was now nearly 200 meters in the air from the energy of the shockwave.

The nebula mist transferred around the area while Avrin kept his eyes on the creature that was struggling to recover in mid air. "I'll be sure to treat you well.." Avrin gave a sly grin before the nebula mist had vanished into the ground. The creature, after ten seconds of trying to recover, smashed into the ground.

Of course, by then it had already stabilized itself, and landed on its feet, only causing a several meter long crater with dust kicking in the air. The creature looked at Avrin with furious eyes as it branded its scythe behind itself. "Not very smart are you.." Avrin criticised it without holding back.

He would then raise both his hands as dark matter emitted from them both, as if transmitting a signal "Shadow Wall..." The ground in a span of one hundred meters surrounding the creature and Avrin, began to rumble, before large mirror like walls at least ten meters tall and two meters in diameter sprung up from them.

This was the result of Avrin's more powerful and trained version of his Shadow Wall technique. The creature, although appearing to be a copy of him, didn't seem to know or even care about this ability, as it charged towards him. It slashed its scythe downwards, but that appeared to be a mistake.
