Chapter 3 The Acception

MATTS P.O.V

"Matt" what's her name moaned.

It made me sick doing this.

All I could think of is Sam. I missed her already....Wait... MISSED HER?!?! I never miss anyone.

I let go of what's her face pushing her back.

"I have to go" I sighed.

She frowned but nodded.

"We can finish this next time" I smirked.

A smile stretched on her face and she nodded.

I turned walking out of her room. If your wondering I'm Matthew everyone calls me Matt. I'm the player of the pack. My father is third in command. That's all you need to know for now.

Groaning I exited the girls house.

My feet moved, but I was to busy thinking to pay attention.

I stopped walking, only to realize I was in front of Samantha's house.

What am I doing here? It's obvious that she's going to reject me and chose my brother. She probably thinks I'm a jerk but I'm not. I'm only the way I am because of middle school. I was bullied into this.

I should leave.

"Matt" a broken voice called as I was about to leave.

I looked at toward the house and noticed a crying Sam. Anger rose in me thinking of who could have made her this sad.

I walked over bending to her level "what happed?" I ask gently.

"It hurts" she cried holding her arm.

I looked at It noticing she was shifting. Quickly I picked her up, and took her to the forest.

"Its going to be alright" I murmured placing her down.

Her eyes closed as she nodded, and I sighed lightly looking down at her.

Sam's P.O.V

I opened my eyes, looking at my paw's. My wolf yipped happily as we looked around. A butterfly landed on my nose and I barked. It flew off and I began chasing it. A chuckle made me stop. I turned and sniffed the air.

My wolf howled happily, and we ran to the noise.

I jumped onto Matt and licked his cheek.

"Alright, Alright" he laughed.

I stepped back barking nudging my head towards deeper into the forest. He smiled shifting. I looked at his wolf noticing, he was black with hints of grey here and there.

'I want to go for a run' I linked to him.

He nodded and dashed into the woods. I kept his pace easily. Since my father is beta and his is third in command. Our pace was constant as we trotted through the forest. My wolf loved the feeling of being near our mate.

Matt halted shifting. My wolf purred and he laughed putting on some shorts.

"Here" he handed me his t-shirt.

I took it in my mouth and ran to a tree and shifted. The shirt reached about 3 inches under my butt. Exiting I stood shyly under Matt's gaze.

"Your going to reject me?" he whispered, shocking me.

My neck snapped up and I frowned.

"Why would I?" I asked.

"Adam" he mumbled.

"I'm not rejecting you for Adam" I frowned deeper.

"But you don't want me" I walked over lifting his chin.

"I thought you were going to reject me" I sadly smiled.

"I would never your my mate" he chuckled.

"But you were going to have s*x with that other girl" I chocked.

"I couldn't do it I couldn't stop thinking about you" he laughed.

"I know, I kissed Adam and basically had to buy a whole store out of lip gloss and breath mints" I giggled.

"Mine" he growled.

"Yours" I smiled.

His lips crashed onto mine and I leaned into it. This felt right unlike with Adam. With Matt I felt complete. And...happy.

"I Samantha Knight accept you Matthew Moon as my mate" I smiled.

"I Matthew Moon accept you Samantha Knight as my mate" he grinned.

Suddenly a white ribbon wrapped around us tangling around our bodies.

"Be happy my children" A faint voice whispered.

We smiled to each other knowing it was the moon goddess. Life felt right now, just one thing.

"How are we going to tell Adam?" I mumbled
