* Robert’s POV *
It was a normal Sunday for me hanging out with my friends like we used to. Right now, we’re at Tyler’s place just having a laid back Sunday at his house. We’re together for almost the whole week - In school, after school, and weekend parties and getaways. But today turned out quite different when I got an unexpected call from someone I know.
“Hey.” I answered. “What’s up?”
“Is your offer still available?” She asked.
“Of course.” I uttered. “Where are you at?” I inquired and she told me. “Okay, I’ll come pick you up.”
“Guys, I’ll come back. I need to do something.” I said and left the house. I drove to her place and waited outside her house.
“Hey, I’m here.” I texted.
To be honest, this was the first time I’ve picked a girl up at her house. Well, picking up girl pals doesn’t count. I’m just used to going out with a girl I meet up at parties me and my friends have been to. It was a bit awkward, though this was a great experience.
Parking my car right in front of her house, I’ve noticed some of her friends in school hanging out next door. I believe that was Dylan’s house. So I felt like going down and letting them see I’m there to pick up their old friend. Sam, who used to be one of us, was at Dylan’s too and I know she saw me when I came out. I leaned on my car while waiting for Andrea.
She came out after a while wearing some skinny jeans and a cute top. “Hey.” I uttered as soon as she got out.
She glanced over on her right and saw her friends from school but then returned to my view. I kissed her on the cheek and she didn’t complain or anything. I opened up the car door for her and she got in. I walked over to the other side, looked at her friends one more time, and then rode the car. In a matter of a few minutes, I drove off.
She was a bit quiet at first, not the girl who used to talk back to me whenever I would hassle Luke and Jai. She was different now. “So what happened?”
I was trying to investigate what had happened that she finally agreed to join our group fully. Before it was a complete no-no, but now I guess things happen and changed. She didn’t answer. She was looking out the window while I was driving.
“Do you want to go to Tyler’s place?” I asked.
It took her about 5 minutes to answer back. “Whatever floats your boat.” She uttered so I drove to Tyler’s.
We arrived after 10 minutes. The parking space I had earlier was gone so we drove a bit more until we find an empty space.
“I know joining this group could mean a lot of things. I’ll do anything you want, but please lay off Luke and Jai, and the rest of the Janoskians. They’re still important to me.” She begged, and I accepted.
We both went out of the car and led her to Tyler’s house. I knocked on the door and Mason opened it up.
“Hey, this is interesting.” He commented.
“Shut up.” I immediately retaliated and we both welcomed Andi inside.
“Oi, we got a visitor.” Mason shouted to tell everyone.
“She’s not a visitor.” I said. “She’s here to stay.”
Everyone was quiet for sometime but Tiffany broke the silence and welcomed Andi back. “Hey Andi, finally a new one in the group.” She uttered and brought her out where the girls were staying at while the boys were watching some movie and having drinks at the lounge room.
