"What Ninong??! Sandro is sufferring from amnesia?!" i was too shocked that i couldnt move, and my lips are shaking too.
"Yes iha, its been two years now he is under medication" ninong answered.
"But if he's having an amnesia Ninong why they can still remember you? Ninang? And all of you?" Takang tanong ko pa.i dont know hindi ko talaga maiapply yung pagiging nurse ko sa pagkakataon na ito gulong gulo na ako.
"Yes iha, he can still remember me, Sandro has a selective amnesia meaning he cant remember some memories of his past and he cant recognized some people on his past and sadly we were surprised and sad knowing u and ur mom are one of the few people he cant remember." Mahabang wika ni ninong.
I cant help my tears from falling.
"Pero ninong bakit naman po nangyare yun? I mean never ko naman po nabalitaan na naaksidente siya while in London." Patuloy pa din ako sa pagiyak.
"It's because we keep it a secret iha, knowing some of my rivals in politics would took advantage of that incident for them to fabricate stories and im afraid they would fabricate such things like Sandro is an addict or what so ever." Ninong Ferdinand.
Umiling iling ako, hindi pa din kase maabsorb ng utak ko lahat.
"That year when your father commited suicide on the detention cell, nalaman ni Sandro yun thru his mom and he was too worried about you na he insisted na uuwi sya pabalik dito sa pilipinas dahil kailangan mo daw siya. Ginamit nya yung kotse nya papuntang airport when suddenly he met an accident on his way to the airport, the car he was in hitted by the bus and saddly Sandro was hit too fatal on the head in result of his selective amnesia today." Mahabang wika ni ninong. Lalo lang ako napaiyak sa nalaman ko. Muntik na syang mamatay dahil saken.
Ninong hug me.
"When louise and i got a call from Simon agad kami lumipad papuntang London weve been so afraid we cant see him alive iha, he was in coma for almost a month. No one knows about that aside from the family and you." Dun nag sink in sa utak ko yung mga pangyayare.
Sandro risked his life just to be with me. And knowing i was too hurt to know he didnt recognized me at all.
"I know Sandro loves you iha, and i can tell you feel the same way, so please be his personal nurse," ninong added.
