Right after the proclamation was made dumiretso kami sa hotel kung saan icecelebrate ang First Victory Party ng daddy aside from the Victory Party sa mansion bukas. I dont know why i feel so tired this past few days. Feeling ko deep inside me may Kulang. Knowing its been a week since the last time i saw Akie. I took a deep sigh. Im sitting right now at one of the VIP table in the function hall of the hotel while watching the people and media come and go. Kakatapos lang ng isa kung ambushed interview and kasalukuyan naman iniinterview ng media sina Simon And Vincent while mom and my President dad is busy accommodating their friends and supporters. It's unfair knowing ive been thinking about Akie when im with Dhapne. I dont know but i feel so incomplete with the absence of Akie. Eversince that night she slapped me and said that she will stop on bothering me. Hindi na nya ako kinakausap.everytime na sinusumpong ako ng migraine sa campaign she will handed me meds and water without saying a word. Kapag naman kinausap ko siya sasagot naman siya in formal tone. I dont know, i shouldnt be missing her. But the thought of shes been avoiding me makes me feel so bothered. Maybe nasanay ako na kapag nakatingin siya saken nakasmile siya. With her eyes glowing. And everytime na kakausapin niya ako napaka saya niya. I miss that Akie. I miss Akie terribly . My heart says. There's Dhapne dude. My mind says. Hayyysss..
And ive been scanning the function hall hoping for Akela to popped up pero wala. Hindi kaya siya pupunta? What if i ask Dad? Or Simon? Nahhh! Simon got nothing to do with Akie Sandro! Have you forgot about what Akie told you? My mind said. Aahhh!
I stood up.
"What's wrong babe? San ka pupunta?" Tanong ni Dhapne.
"I'll just ask mom about something just stay here."
I aaid and kissed her in the cheeks. She didnt object knowing medyo awkward siya sa pamilya ko. Unlike Akie na turing kina mom and dad is family. Ahhh! There you go again Sandro! Comparing Akie to Dhapne! My mind scolded me. I find my way to mom and dad and pasimple ako nagtanong kay mommmy.
"Mom where is Akie?" I asked
"Ohhh she said she cant come tonight son, may duty kase siya sa ospital ngayon." Mom answered.
"Ahmmm what about tommorow mom?" I asked again. That when mom look at me and smile as if saying "and why are you so interested to know?"
Umiwas ako ng tingin.
"Mom im just asking, dont get ne wrong its just that i havent seen her for a while now. Its been a week." I defended.
"I didnt say anything son why so defensive?" Mom answered and chuckled.
"Mom!" I reacted.
"You missing her honey. Dont deny it.mom knows you kiddo!" She added again and gave me her sweetest smile.
Ahhh! I just rolled my eyes.
Yeah! I miss her! I miss her terribly! My heart confessed.
