Chapter 16 ~ Cursed

Aphmau's P O V

I was walking over to the girls locker room and I splashed with something. I looked around my body to see if anything got on me. When I noticed a tail?

"What the?" I say.

I touch the top of my head. I have cat ears? My teeth were sharper than before.

"Oh no this is bad!" I said.

I run over to the bathroom mirror. I wasn't feeling things. I was a Meif'wa.

What will my friends think? I have a tail for goodness sake!

I have gym with Travis. And I have 2 more classes to go but I have to be looking like this. I walk over to the gym anyway.

Travis turns around and covers his mouth.

"Aphmau is that you?" He asked.

"Sadly yes." I said.

"It can't be! Your a Meif'wa? Have you been hiding this from me?" Travis said.

"I was cursed." I said.

"What will your mom think?" Travis asked.

Then it just hit me. My mom is going to kill me.

"Oh no! No! No! My mom will kill me if she sees me like this!" I said.

"Guess you'll have to live with this. I don't have any people who are good in magicks." He said.

"Aren't you the Demon Warlock's son?" I whisper.

"I don't like using my magicks at all. They are powerful yes but I hate where they origin." Travis said.

"I'll just have to live with it for now." I said.

"Look on the bright side your ears are purple!" Travis said pointing at my cat ears.

I roll my eyes and smile.

After School...

"Hey Meif'wa why are you in Aphmau's locker?" Aaron says behind me.

I turn around.

"Aphmau?" Aaron says surprised.

"Yep. I got cursed and it sucks. I can hear everything!" I said.

"I think it looks good on you beautiful." Laurence said.

Aaron turns around and socks Laurence.

"Oww! I learned! I learned!" Laurence screams on the floor.

"But why do you have purple ears?" Aaron said.

"I don't know. I thought if I were a Meif'wa I would have black ears." I said.

"Like Laurence said they do look good on you." Aaron said.

"I guess." I said closing my locker.

"But my mom is going to kill me!" I said.

"Maybe you can explain the situation." Aaron said.

Later...

"Aphmau why do you have cat ears and a tail?" My mom shouted.

"Mom calm down. I got cursed. It's not bad." I said.

"Not bad! Your a Meif'wa!" My mom shouted.

"I'm sorry mom but I have to get use to it until I find a cure." I said.

"Okay Aphmau." She said.

I head upstairs to look to see if I can see what I can do about this Meif'wa problem.

Later...

"Ugh! I'll never find this out!" I say slamming my pillow on the ground.

I've tried like 30 things and they don't work!

Travis texted me.

Travis: Any luck?

Me: No. Do you know anyone with witch craft or something.

Travis: No but I think Katelyn does. You should contact her.
