Chapter 5 ~ Tensions Building

Aaron's P O V

I couldn't tell her. More importantly I couldn't face her. She is a knife with her words. Aphmau might not be the girl I think she is. She is can be mean and it hurts that way.

Aphmau's P O V

"Travis he makes no sense!" I say.

"Calm down. He actually does make sense. He is actually trying to be nice." Travis said.

"Your falling for his act!" I say.

"No Aphmau. He is not acting he is probably wanting a friend as kind as you. But right now being mean to him is not showing that's true." Travis said.

"I think you should tell him how you feel." Travis said.

"I can't! He'll reject me." I say.

"See now you made this mistake it's eating you up." Travis said.

I look at the ground.

"You can't hold onto these feelings any longer." Travis said.

"No. I can't tell him!" I say as I run down the hall.

"Aphmau!" Travis calls out to me.

I keep on running. I look back Travis just standing there.

Aaron's P O V

I see Aphmau running down the hallway. Her friend calling out to her. Her hair in her face not seeing anything. Then Gene on the other side of the hallway. His fists ready to strike her down.

I dash down the hallway towards Gene and uppercut him.

Aphmau stopped running and slips.

She screams.

I catch her before she hits the ground.

I remove her hair from her face.

"Aaron?" She questions.

"Aphmau are you alright? Gene was about to strike you down." I ask.

She looks down at the floor.

Aphmau's P O V

I'm looking down at the floor, blushing.

I look up at Aaron.

"I-i'm sorry. I should've watched where I was going." I say.

I run across the hall. Why didn't I tell him?!

Flowing uncontrollably.
