Chapter 18 ~ Close Death

Aphmau's P O V

I'm walking to Math alone. And someone throws a knife at me.

I scream. Then I see Michi with her magicks summoning knives. One goes near my head.

"If Aaron won't love me. Then I'll kill the one he loves! Nya!" She said then threw 5 knives at once.

4 of them missed. One of them hit me in the chest. I was now bleeding. I fell on the floor. Not being able to breath.

"Now to finish you off!" Michi said summoning a knife and holding it in her hand.

Aaron ran up to Michi and pushed her away. Michi fell on the ground her knife went across the floor. Aaron ran up to me.

"Aphmau!" He said.

"Aaron help me." I said weakly.

I try to get up. But then immediately fall back on the floor. I start to cry. It hurt so much. I blacked out.

Aaron's P O V

"Somebody help!" I yelled.

Aphmau was on the edge to dying. Garroth ran over to me. To see Aphmau on the floor.

"Garroth call 911. I'm going to try to stop the bleeding." I said.

Garroth took out his phone and started the call. I took off my jacket and rapped it around Aphmau. I couldn't tell if she was still bleeding my jacket is red. Garroth ended the call.

"There on their way carry Aphmau over to the front of the school building." Garroth said.

Then I saw Travis behind us.

"Is that Aphmau?" He said.

I nodded my head but kept on running. He ran after Garroth and I.

Travis's P O V

I saw Aaron carrying Aphmau. Aphmau was pale. I saw the flashing red and blue lights outside. An ambulance. Is Aphmau going to die? I look at the knife that I picked up. It was covered with Aphmau's blood. I thought it might be useful for some reason. Not to cut anything though. Aphmau rapped around with Aaron's jacket was on a cot. People carrying her into the ambulance.

As they left. I could see tears falling down from Aaron's face. Garroth's too. Me? I was crying also. I might lose my best friend. My eyes turned purple and my skin gray. It was my emotions getting the best of me. I tried to turn back to normal but it wouldn't work. I just let it happen. My horns grew.

Aaron's P O V

I was depressed. My love for her killed her. Will I ever see those hazel brown eyes again? Garroth and Travis had the same emotions as me. Katelyn didn't know what was going on. She was surprised she didn't see Aphmau in math.

"Aaron where's Aphmau?" She asked.

Fighting back tears I start to speak.

"A- Aphmau..." I said looking at the floor.

"Ya..." Katelyn said.

"Aphmau is dying." I said tears coming down my face.

Katelyn looked shocked.

"I'm going to be alone for a minute." I say.

Later On...

Aphmau's P O V

I wake up. I feel a big pain in my chest. I look at my chest and it has a big cut on it. It's stitched. I can't remember anything. Why can't I remember anything?

A boy my age walks up to me.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"Y-you don't remember me?" The boy asks.

I shake my head no.

"Aphmau your joking right?" He says tears running down his face.

"Aphmau? My name is Aphmau?" I ask.

"Please Aphmau you got to remember me!" He said.

"I'm sorry I don't know who you are." I say.

"I'm Aaron your boyfriend." He says.

"I have a boyfriend?" I say.

He kisses me.

"Please Aphmau." He says.

My mind regained memory.

"Aaron. I'm so glad your here. I may or may not have gotten my memory back." I say.

"You remember me?" Aaron asked.

"I can't believe I forgot who you were." I said smiling.

He starts crying.

"Aphmau I know in this time I'm supposed to be strong. But I couldn't bare thinking about you leaving me. You were dying. 3 days ago we were notified that you were about to die. Travis came and saved you. Using the magicks he had." Aaron said.

"I have a lot to be thankful for." I said.

"You should get back to sleep. You went through a lot in the past 1 month." Aaron said.

"Month? How long have I been here?" I ask surprised.

"For 2 weeks." Aaron said.

"Two weeks?" I said.

"Yes your lucky to be alive." Aaron said.
