Some part of Mary hoped her father would visit her last night, to tell her he was proud of her, but he didn't. She was ashamed of the longing she felt for his approval. Her father not visiting her could be a sign of two things: her father's disappointment or her returning sanity. Either way, she missed him.
Autumn begged to travel to New York with her. "Please! They have all this casinos and clubs! It will be awesome!" Mary informed the trip was strictly business.
Autumn had frowned at the part. Being Mary's right-hand woman made her a big part in business, but this time, she wasn't coming. Autumn always came to her out of state trips. Always. "I just have to get this meeting over with, and then, I promise, we will hang out!" Mary swore.
She began packing her things at once. A black hoodie, cliché. Some collared shirts, favorites. Jeans, comfort. And pajamas, a necessity. Mary had bought her ticket online the moment she heard the price, so naturally she was flying red eye, all because it was last minute.
Mary tossed her suitcase into her car and sat herself down to begin her drive to the airport. Humans in cars drive past her making her twinge. She isn't used to humans, she only interacted with them on trips. That was the whole part of a pack, family. A family of species to be exact.
Humans had it so easy. She was jealous.
Mary arrived at the airport thirty minutes before her flight. Security was a breeze considering it was 10pm. Guards leaned sleepily onto the tables and such as she walked through the scanners. Mary would have to buy a gun in New York. Lazur offered to create on that would pass the scans but Mary didn't trust him, nor did she want to pay another price.
Mary made her way into one of the shops and picked up a magazine and some mint gum. It always helped her ears when they popped due to the pressure. A Stardollars was just across from the shop creating a vital question for Mary.
Should I stay awake and enjoy a delicious cappuccino, or have a much needed 8 hours of sleep.
The answer was obvious. Mary bounced her way over to Stardollars. The line was long, but she didn't fret about it. Surely she wouldn't miss her flight. She had fifteen minutes to use. She certainly wouldn't use them waiting for a plane. No, she would use them waiting for a delicious caffeinated drink.
Once Mary received her drink she boarded the plane and set up her laptop to watch a movie. There want much, but a classic rom-com would do.

After Mary's movie, she moved onto a human magazine that was left in the pocket of her chair. Ugh, nothing even remotely interesting in this, Mary sighed. "You mind if I read that? Someone stole the one out of my chair," the man next to her asked. she handed it over too him and grabbed her laptop. it was homework time.

•Noah Lazur Newspaper's New JournalistMary clicked on FriendBook and began to study the places he checks into. It seemed every Monday he went to a popular bar in the area. That was a simple place to get him.
But, there would be too many people around him. How would she seclude him, and kill him, without witnesses? It was too dangerous, she deemed, a civilian could get hurt and Mary could get caught.
Mary examined his friends, a man named Jeremy and a girl, who Mary assumed was his girlfriend, Alice. She exited out of FriendBook, saving herself from the other parts of his life. The life she would be taking away.
