So Glad I Found You

Chapter 5

The next day I was being shaken awake by some source of a human being. It was the start of the weekend meaning I had no classes and I wanted to sleep in.

" Why can't a girl sleep?" I ask sleepily

" Come on Ronnie. Time to wake up." Someone says

I open my eyes and I see Ray sitting on my bed with his arm on my shoulder.

" Hi Ray." I say

" Hi Ronnie." Ray says

" What are you doing here?" I ask

" I always come over on the weekends." Ray says

" Why did you have to wake me up?" I ask

" Gerard asked me too and I was happy to do it." Ray says

" Ok well I'm up now." I say

I got out of bed and head over to the bathroom attached to my room.

When I get out of the shower Ray is still sitting on my bed.

" Can you uh leave?" I ask

" Oh sorry." Ray says as he jumps up

He was blushing really hard and I couldn't help but giggle.

I put on sweatpants and my MCR shirt and put my still wet black hair in a braid.

When I open the door Ray was just outside it.

" We're you waiting there this whole time?" I ask

He nods his head making his Afro move with it.

" Alright then that's not weird at all." I say

We walk down into the kitchen where everyone else is seated. There's one guy I hadn't noticed before who didn't look familiar.

" Ronnie this is James our drummer." Gerard says

" Oh hi." I say

He just waves at me.

" So I see Ray got you up successfully?" Gerard says

" Yep he sure did." I say

" What are we doing today ?" Frank asks

" Well we have a show today." Gerard says

" Really?" I ask

" Yea it's in the nearby park." Gerard says

" When is it?" I ask

" at twelve so we still have time but we have to get there early for sound check and everything." Gerard says

" Ok." I say

" Yea." Gerard says

We eat our breakfasts and then we all head out to the living room.

Well they did I headed up to my room. Out curiosity I searched up MCR music videos and I clicked the first one that popped up.

It started out like a trailer for a movie and it was so hilarious . I was laughing my ass off at it.

I decided to put it on repeat and I could not stop laughing.

" See you found the I'm Not Okay Video." Someone says

I look up from my laptop and see Ray at my doorway. He was really tall and his Afro made him seem even taller.

" Yea it's hilarious." I say from my spot on the floor

Ray comes in and sits next to me on the floor.
