I wake up during the night because I couldn't sleep. So I snuck into Gerard's room and crawled into his bed next to him.
I definitely slept better in his room. But it felt like only five minutes before Gerard was shaking me awake.
" Time to get up Ronnie." Gerard says
" I don't want to." I say
" Too bad." Gerard says
Then he flips on the light and I'm squinting in the harsh light.
" You monster." I say
" Who's a monster? Certainly I'm not." Frank says as he pops his head into the doorway
"No you're not Frank . I meant someone else." I say
I hop out of bed and together Frank and I race down the stairs. I win only because I jump the last two steps.
Surprisingly I didn't fall flat on my face. I was surprised to not find Alyssa in the kitchen because that's where she was usually was.
But I suppose Gerard let her sleep because that's who he is.
Frank and I burst into the kitchen and sit at the table.
" Guess you win." Frank says
" Hell yea I did." I say
Soon Gerard is stumbling into the kitchen and is fixing coffee.
Not long Frank has a cup of coffee and I have a cup of hot chocolate . Gerard has his own cup and there is still some in the pot .
I'm guessing it was for Alyssa.
" Let's go out into the living room." Gerard says
We go out into the living room and sit on the couch. I'm ended up next to Frank who was next to Gerard.
Since it was early in the morning the only thing on tv was cartoons . So we turned those on and continued watching.
Frank and I would occasionally laugh and goof off. Soon we hear footsteps on the stairs and down comes Alyssa.
" Good morning." Alyssa says
" Good morning beautiful ." Gerard says
She blushes and walks over to us. She was still in her pajamas but then again we all were still in our pajamas.
" There's coffee in the pot if you want some." Gerard says
" I'm trying to drink healthier stuff so I'll just stick to hot chocolate." Alyssa says
" Oh." Gerard says
" But thanks for making some though. You're the best." Alyssa says
She walks into the kitchen and Gerard smiles after her. Frank and I start giggling and that causes him to look at us.
" What?" Gerard asks
