So Glad I Found You

Chapter 16

When I wake up the next morning I get ready for school. When I was well dressed and the main which is my hair was brushed I go downstairs to get breakfast .

I hear voices in the kitchen and they belong to Frank  and Alyssa. It was Frank's departure day and I was sad that I was going to miss it.

We'll still see him of course but we would no longer be across the hall from each other. I needed his daily advice in wisdom.

So it's a good thing I have his number then. When I reach the bottom of the stairs I go into the kitchen and make some toast.

" Good morning Ronnie." Frank says

" Good morning Frankie." I say

When my toast was done I eat quickly and brush my teeth. I leave a note for Gerard and walk to school.

I enjoyed walks because I could think clearly. Today I was hanging out with Ray. It would be just the two of us.

The thought excited me. The only time I had ever hung out with Ray is when all the guys are over and even then I hardly talk to him . Now we could finally talk alone.

When I get to school Nicole and Ashton are already there. I'm still a couple ways away but I run over to where they are.

"I feel like I haven't seen enough of you ." Nicole says as she gives me a hug

" Yea I know." I say as I hug her back

" We almost thought you were dead." Ashton says

" We he did I didn't ." Nicole says

I laugh and we go inside the classroom. We make our way to the top because at the top we could still talk and not get caught.

"Good morning class ." My professor says as he walks in

" Good morning." We say back

" We have two transfer students with us today. Their names are Matthew and Bailey." My professor says

I look up and there they are. My other friends. This was going to be great.

" Hi Matthew and Bailey ." The class says

They make their way to the top but stop at my row when they finally see me. They smile and rush down to sit next to me.

" Hey guys." I say

" Hi Ronnie !" Bailey says

"Nicole and Ashton meet Matt and Bailey. Matt and Bailey meet Nicole and Ashton " I say

They wave to each other and I turn back to pay attention to the lesson . But a part of me kept zoning out and thinking about what I was doing afterwards.

As soon as it was lunch time I go outside with everyone and check my phone. I had a couple of messages.

Ray: Hey are we still on for today?

Me: yea of course.

Ray : ok see you soon.

I grab my lunch tray and sit outside with everyone.
