As much as I want to enjoy this kiss from the real Hershey Kiss, I want this to stop. Two days... ONLY TWO DAYS have I been kissed by three guys?! Well I'm going to die now. Yup. Right about now. I do not deserve being kissed by two gorgeous guys, well Bryan an exception, but by two guys who are known to be Hershey Princes. He finally lets go of me but my mouth is still slightly open from reliving the kiss few moments ago.
"You were too cute that I couldn't help but kiss you, Juliet." he grinned. What. The. Hell. "There's something I want to show you." He took my hand and pulled me towards the back of the house towards another room. He closes the door behind us and locks it. "I apologize I had to do that."
"You're a good... kisser." I looked away.
"You flatter me." he smirks and heads to the bookshelves. He searches through the shelves and seems to find something and pulled out a book. He opened the book and fumbled through the pages until he stopped and pulled out another piece of paper. He passes it onto me and I looked at the paper. It was a picture of two adults along with a younger girl. "Those are Juliet's parents. Roman and Anastasia." Some reason... I recognize them. Not as relatives... but....
Auntie Annie, where are you going?
"What.... was that?" I rubbed the back of my head.
Uncle Mio and I have to go somewhere far away. We'll come back. We promise. And hopefully you can be best of friends with Juliet...
"I knew.... them." everything was slowly coming back to me. "Her parents used to visit us during their vacation." As I try to remember more from my past.
Someday... when we grow up.... I'll come to you as your Prince and you'll be my Hershey Princess. You better not forget about me.
"There was.... a boy." I confirmed my memory. "They had another child..."
"It's Richard." he explained. I gazed at him dismayed trying to put everything I learned up until now about them and Juliet.
"Wait Rick is.... Juliet's......"
"Younger brother." he confirmed. "Though he doesn't know it yet. He still believes he's part of the Rice family." He took away the picture and hid it back inside the book. "Twenty years ago, Aunt Anastasia asked us to keep him inside our home to prevent him from having an awful life like Juliet. Parents always going out to work rarely seeing their child grow up. My parents weren't considered high class yet until Uncle Roman introduced my father to the bakery. Eventually we ended up owning part of this small town who specializes desserts and sugar canes."
"Sugar Land." I interrupted. "That's why your family lives here."
"And it was also perfect for Rick and later Juliet to stay safe." he continued. "However, her safety was fading when Rick mistakenly uploaded a picture from our trips with her face shown. Luckily where we took the picture was in another country, but it didn't stopped Juliet worrying her protection and Rick's. She told me ahead she was fed up running away and decided to search for the kidnappers who killed her parents. I didn't expect her to disappear the next day and not letting me help her. What kind of a future husband am I..." He slouched down on the armchair and rubbed his forehead. If what he says is true.... then how did I met Rick back then?
"Wait... when I remembered him, he was with his parents. His real parents." I contended.
"That's probably because they also came over during vacation and brought him around." he reasoned. So does this mean my first confession wasn't with Bryan... but with Rick? Then we heard the clock chimed six times and Damien stood up. "We're also going to be having dessert. What would you like?"
