I woke up with the letter and book in my hands.  The Hecate wheel was in my pocket.

I pulled out the letter and read it it said,

Dear Zoe Rivera,
When you get this letter you will know who you are. Don't be scared, there is help for you. You must hurry, now that you realize who you are the monsters will be after you. You have difficult crossroads ahead of you, and many decisions you will have to make. Whatever you choose we are in your best interests and wish you the best of luck. Farewell, we will hopefully see you soon.

Sincerely,
Camp Half Blood.

I wondered what this camp half blood place was but it seemed like a better option than the Albany Academy.  I would have to ask Logan if he knew anything about it.

I looked around and saw everyone getting ready.  They all had the same clothes on: a plain red t-shirt and black leggings.  I looked around and saw I got a backpack by my bed while I was asleep.  Inside were 2 sets of those same clothes and another pair of shoes.

I put on the clothes and kept my shoes with the wings on.  The wings just folded in when I wasn't using them.  I grabbed my day bag that they gave me at the fight last night and took out the extra shoes and put in my book.  I left the letter in my bag near my bed.

Soon all the girls met together and we headed toward the dining hall.  Once again there were many turns and corridors.  When we got to the dining hall I noticed that the boys also had a red t-shirt but had black shorts instead of leggings.

I see Logan sitting down at one of the tables and I go up and sit next to him.  There are lots of demigods around maybe a little less than 1,000 but that is nothing compared to how many people were at last nights fight.

There are a few other girls and guys at the table with us one of which is Emma the daughter of Athena.

I decided maybe this place wasn't so bad after all except Aesop.  There were lots of demigods that could be nice.

I wanted to ask Logan about camp half blood but there were too many people around right now.

I didn't notice any food anywhere so I wondered if we were even going to eat.  I was starving.  I hadn't eaten anything since lunch at school yesterday.  It seemed so long ago.

"Welcome." said the loud booming voice of Aesop.  Is he a demigod too, I wondered. "A few announcements for the day: All the 7th and 8th years will be doing training today.  All the 10th and 11th years will be doing monster info and he went on and on with all the different years.

"What year am I?" I asked Logan.

"Your 13 right, you're a 7th year. I'm an 8th year because I'm am 14." He replied.

After a while of Aesop talking he said, "Well then, let's eat."

Suddenly there was a plate at everyone's seat and most people already had food.

"How do we get food?" I asked.

"Think about what we want to eat and it will show up." Said Emma.

I thought about blueberry pancakes and a fried egg with hash browns and bacon with some orange juice and yogurt.

It all showed up on my plate and I was as hungry as ever.  I started with the yogurt then went to the bacon, eggs, and hash browns with occasional sips of orange juice.  I noticed that the cup would refill once it ran out of juice.  I finished off my pancake with blueberries and blueberry syrup.  I felt good and full for the first time in a while.

I noticed that I had eaten my meal a lot faster than other people and I had a huge one.  I decided not to worry about it because I wouldn't do that every meal.

Once everyone was about done with their food at my table I asked everyone's names.  One guy named Pete Williams had black hair and violet eyes and was a son of Mars, which is the Roman form of Ares. Another named Katie Jones had red hair with blue eyes and was a daughter of Nike, the victory goddess.  She didn't really seem that competitive though.  Finally I met a guy named Aspen Hariss with brown hair and brown eyes just like Aesop's. He claimed he is a legacy of Apollo.

"Is Aesop your father?" I asked David.

He looked down guiltily and said, "Yes, I sorry about what he did to you."

"It's fine, really.  It wasn't that bad besides it's not your fault." I replied.

Emma was a 12th year, David was a 9th year, Katie was 6th year, and Pete was a 7th year like me.  Pete explained to me that there were 12 years ages 6-18.  When you're 6 you are a 1st year, when you are 18 you are a 12th year.  You have to serve until you are 18 then you are free to just live here and help whenever help is needed.

"So is everyone here a demigod?" I asked Logan.

He nodded.

Once breakfast was over we all had to part ways.  Logan, Pete, and I all had to go to training.  David had to go to go to archery.  Katie had to go to Greek Mythology and Emma had to go to the leader's meeting.
