As Logan and I snuck out we met up with the Hermes kids.  Connor Stoll was holding the ring and a note that said, "This is for the prettiest and most precious.  Who I love the most."

We walked into the cabin and the smell of perfume nearly choked me.  Connor placed the ring and not in the very middle of the cabin.

"Zoe?  Will you use the mist and make it look like the ring is glowing?"  Logan asked.

"Yeah."  I said bending the mist and making it look brighter and brighter until it seemed somewhat blinding.

"That's cool.  We should bring her on more of our pranking trips."  Said Travis Stoll.

We quickly left the cabin before anyone came back.  I walked with Logan for a while until we got to the Hermes cabin.  He told me to wait outside while he got something.  He came back with a blanket, a six pack of soda, and some candy.

"Now let's go have a beach picnic."  Logan said.

"Why?"  I asked.

"To celebrate our arrival at Camp Half Blood.  Besides you haven't seen the beach yet."

We walked down to the shore and the summer moonlight is glittering against Long Island.  Logan spread out the blanket and sat down.  He put down the soda and candy.

"Where did you get all this?"  I asked him.

"Some of the other Hermes kids stole it but personally I am not much of a stealer."  He said.

He offers me some candy and a soda and I take it because I haven't had either in a while.

"When is curfew?"  I ask him.

"Whenever we feel like it."  He says, his green eyes twinkling in the light.

"I'm serious Logan."  I laugh.

"I think it is right about now.  But I don't know when for sure."

"I think we should at least go check Logan."

"You are such a good girl.  Let me finish my candy first."

I rolled my eyes and laughed. I looked at all the stars in the sky. I usually don't see so many in the city. I wondered about my dad.  How was he doing.  Was he wondering about me and why he left.  According to the prophecy I was right my memories were stolen.  Was Henry Rivera even my dad.  Was I even who I thought I was my whole life.  So many questions swam around in my head.  What the heck did that prophecy even mean?

"You look very confused Zoe."  Said Logan breaking my thoughts.

"I'm fine but we should probably head back to the cabins."  I said.

"Ok fine. Let's go."  He said.
