Logan
Moment of truth... I was considering asking her to the dance. Crazy right. She was only 13, I was only 14. We were both so young and I had only known her for a month. What if she said no? So I changed what I was going to say at last minute. At least we could still hang out.
I went to bed and had a nightmare, not at all that surprising.

I was running beside me I saw Bianca and Zoe. It was raining hard and our clothes were soaking wet. A raspy voice in my mind kept saying, "Stop the feud. It is the only way." I wanted to scream, it was too much for my brain, it repeated over and over and over. I couldn't focus on anything else. In the distance I saw a blurry figure. It was dark outside and I couldn't tell anything about it.
"Stop the feud. It is the only way."
"Shut up!" I yelled at the monster chasing us and I stopped running. I pulled out my sword and went for a stab. It should have at least hurt him, but instead the blade went right through him.
"Puny demigod." The monster said in a voice that was like nails against a chalk board. "You can not hurt me. You are in a dream."
I was breathing heavily. If I was in a dream that meant I could wake myself up. I was getting really good at that. But I knew that I could get some information so I stayed in the dream.
"Logan, when the time comes I will destroy you and your friends. I will destroy your whole camp. Aesop has given me my orders and I will follow them."
The rain was pouring down hard and it started to turn into hail. Zoe, Bianca, and I were shivering.
"Why does Aesop want to start a war?" I asked.
"You understand nothing demigod. I expected you to at least know more. Aesop is much older than 29, which I assume you know. He has had a problem with Camp Half Blood and Camp Jupiter since he first came to the Albany Academy. Since he became the leader he has been planning the attack. Now he has a good reason. You and that girl left. You rebelled. He doesn't like that, and he doesn't like the fact that you two can win in a battle against him. He will not stop until he gets his revenge. And I plan on helping him."
I started to shake, not just from the cold now. If he was planning on attacking the camps, even with the help of the Roman's we were badly outnumbered. He had thousands of demigods and other minions like this monster willing to help. This was way worse than I thought. I knew Aesop. If he wanted revenge, he got revenge no matter what.
"Are you scared demigod. Do you want to go cry to your daddy. Well guess what he won't help you. The olympians are never on your side."

I woke up to a cold sweat. I have had plenty of nightmares before, but none of them were like this. This dream was the start of a hopeless war.
