The second Hades snapped his fingers I was in a completely new surrounding. Exact opposite in fact. I was up on mount Olympus. Everything was so clean and white. It was the most beautiful sight I had ever seen. I was by the entrance and I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to do. I didn't want to mess anything up so I stayed in place.
"Hello Zoe." I turned to where the noise was coming from and I saw Hecate.
I stood up and walked over to her. She was wearing a white toga instead of a red."
"Hello Hecate. When do I get my memories?"
"First of all, mom. Second, I can't give them to you until Demeter is happy."
"Is Demeter being reasonable with Persephone?"
"I'm not completely sure. But what I know of her, she can't stay mad at her daughter. You handled the underworld quite well."
"I have a feeling I've been there before."
"Indeed, you have."
"You know mom, this quest has seemed way to easy. We only ran into one monster besides the army."
"Oh Zoe you don't have to worry about things being easy. Things will only get harder. I predict there will be a war against the Albany Academy. Ever since the Giant war many monsters roam around. That will be hard. Aesop himself has been able to control some, as you saw. Those aren't even close to the worst of them. But do not worry about it. Every since the prophecy you have been training your whole life for this. You will have many trials. But you, Magico. You are powerful."
Half of what she said didn't make complete sense. I felt so confused. If I could just have my memories, I thought. I sat down in silence while my mom went on and on and on about when Persephone was captured by Hades. Don't get me wrong it was a good story, but I had a feeling I had heard it many times before.
Finally Demeter showed up. I wasn't sure if I had technically completed the quest or not. Let me tell you. It is hard to read a god's emotions. I stood up to face her. But even not in her godly form she was really tall.
"Zoe Rivera. You have done well. I sense Persephone is telling the truth about Hades. But that doesn't mean I like him. You may have your memories."
"Thank you Demeter and um mom."
"We will send you back to camp half blood. As soon as you get there you will have all of your memories."
I nodded and next thing I knew I was at camp.
